Two connected studio suites are available as one combined residence, sitting in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The South Gondola is a five-minute walk. Main Street is walkable. The Four O'Clock trail runs directly across the street. A heated outdoor pool and hot tubs are on-site. One garage parking space is included. And you have more room than most properties at this price point and in this location will offer.

This is the smart Breckenridge booking — the one that gives your group space to breathe, puts everything within walking distance, and doesn't require a premium ski-in/ski-out address to deliver a genuinely great stay.

The combined W115/116 layout is what makes this property work for groups. Two private studio suites — each with its own full bathroom — connected into one cohesive residence. Two couples can have their own space. Families can separate kids from adults. Friend groups can spread out without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw.

One free garage parking space is included. Electronic key access and parking details are provided through your guest portal prior to arrival.
Access is provided via electronic key cards. A refundable $250 access credential deposit is required prior to arrival, covering all physical access items, released in full upon return at checkout. A non-refundable Damage Waiver option is also available. Full details provided after booking.

This residence is managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team based in Breckenridge. Every stay is thoroughly cleaned, properly stocked, and supported throughout.

Prior to arrival, guests complete a brief identity verification through our guest portal — a valid driver's license and rental agreement are required to receive access credentials and finalize check-in. In-person ID verification may also be confirmed upon arrival by on-site staff, consistent with standard hotel procedures.

Please note: The primary renter must be 25 or older.

Our guest portal includes our full concierge menu — private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, and excursions — all available to browse and book on your own schedule.
