Intentionally created to have the option to fit 4 people in one studio-style apartment, Lofty Dreams combines modern comfort with clever design. Featuring an open layout with a queen bed, a cozy pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s the perfect space for couples, friends, or small families looking for a stylish and convenient stay.

Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home during your stay. You’ll have all the cooking essentials you need—pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, dishware, glassware, and basic spices (salt, pepper, EVOO)—along with modern appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner, this kitchen has everything to make cooking simple and enjoyable.

This studio features two sleeping options, both located in the main living space. Each bed is fully outfitted with linens, blankets, and pillows for your comfort.

PARKING

There is no dedicated parking, but you can easily load and unload at the front of the building. Free street parking and two complimentary parking lots are located directly across the street.

SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM

The building offers a shared laundry room with multiple full-size washer/dryer sets. Machines are coin and card operated. Starter laundry pods are included in your cleaning kit.

SHARED GYM

Guests have access to a shared gym located in the building.

Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur while using the gym.
Guest access
The entire apartment, minus a few small storage spaces, is yours without any interruption during your stay. The cabinet under the kitchen sink is locked for the cleaner and we ask that you do not enter the attic space as there is nothing up there.
Other things to note
**DOWNTOWN JOHNSON CITY TRAIN**

Please note that we are in close proximity to a train line that runs through the middle of downtown Johnson City. Unfortunately there is no set schedule for this train, so trains will come and go throughout the day and night at random times. We offer ear plugs and a tower fan for white noise.


HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING:

This home features a central heating and air system with a thermostat. You are welcome to change the temperature / mode to your desired setting for maximum comfort.


KEYLESS ENTRY:

We use a smart, keyless entry deadbolt that allows our guests to come and go as needed during their stay. If you encounter any issues during your stay, we are able to access the smart deadbolts remotely to quickly assist you.


PARKING

There is no dedicated parking, but you can easily load and unload at the front of the building. Free street parking and two complimentary parking lots are located directly across the street.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION:

The Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.


NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE:

Do not Smoke or Vape anywhere inside of the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. This is not cheap! You are welcome to use the shared deck to smoke as long as you properly dispose of the waste.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS WITHOUT PERMISSION

We ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unapproved parties or events will result in a being asked to vacate with no refund and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.


REMAINING NOTES

Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Likewise, please let us know if any of your neighbors are too noisy, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If you leave something behind at the property, we can mail you the item, but we will charge you the shipping cost.
