The spacious open floor plans are ideal for gathering and entertaining with two cozy living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two dining areas, and two game rooms.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum Parking for unit at any given time is 8 vehicles. Parking is located in the back of the home where there are two garages that can fit two vehicles each and the driveway which can accommodate 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited per city ordinance.
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 20 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 28 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
