You will first drive into this private gated estate with its front entry welcoming you directly into a spectacular full great room style open living area with the stunning kitchen, dining, and living room opening up onto the floor to ceiling 2 story lake and mountain views. This Lodge welcomes you with grand style and surrounds you in quality and beauty.

On the main floor, you will find everything set for you to relax and experience the incredible views from sunrise to sunset, including every amenity possible - a beautiful vintage real leather sofa and matching cowhide adorned armchairs to seat 12, an amazing floor to ceiling stone fireplace with incredible detail work of stone and wood that will surely become a conversation piece. Then for rustic ambiance and extra warmth on a chilly night, enjoy a cozy fire that lights up the room. You’ll be all set with a huge flat screen smart TV, with Netflix and your favorite apps.

This amazing kitchen will impress and inspire you - with upgrades galore, seemingly acres of beautiful granite, hand-carved cabinetry - it offers substantial counter space, along with an expansive center island, perfect for full-scale cooking and entertaining with a cozy and welcoming feel. You'll be impressed not only with the beauty and functionality of this kitchen, but with all the amenities it has to offer: a chef's favorite Jenn-Air 6 burner range, Jenn-Air stainless sub-zero style refrigerator, and two dishwashers to make clean up fast & easy. Naturally, you'll also find all the basics; everything you need is offered in this kitchen along with the perfect atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet evenings.

Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a lodge-style large beveled glass dining table ready for your feast that seats 12 (we squeeze in 14 with added an bench). Two more spots for seating can be had at the island on the leather barstools. Dim the impressive candelabra lighting and enjoy the lake views from this vantage point as well!

Media room – lounge and bar area – office alcove
This upstairs area overlooks the great room and features even more fabulous wood detailing: the walls, ceilings, and railings are full of intricate designs. The media room is sure to entice you to take a break and view a movie on the plush leather couch with the 50” Sony flat screen. On the other side are both a foosball table, a fan-favorite full-sized commercial-grade air hockey table and original Ms. Pac-Man!

You’ll also find ample workspace among the cozy and welcoming lounge and bar area that overlooks the lake. With a full custom wood bar, gathering in this area will get plenty of attention with its casual lodge-style atmosphere. Truly a relaxing and welcoming spot to enjoy your mountain experience however you choose. Best spot in the Lakehouse to watch the sun light up the lake and create a multi-color palette over the mountains.

5 lovely bedrooms
The spacious and luxurious Master Suite has direct deck access, lake views, and a beautiful custom river stone fireplace. California King Tempur-Pedic mattress and 3" Talalay mattress topper added for comfort. The magnificent bath features an oversized stone tub and a large, multi-head shower with a complete steam system.

The Brown Bear Jr. Master Suite is replete with a gas fireplace and firm king bed with Tempur-Pedic 3" comfort topper. Hosting another incredible and luxurious shower suite, this room features 9 body sprays against a wall of river rock and glass (with added privacy curtain) that dazzles even the most traveled guest!

The upstairs Dragonfly Suite features a Cal King bed surrounded by massive Holcomb Valley Fire Pines, and a private bath with mountain views and charming vintage styling with a classic clawfoot tub & shower feature.

The Gone Fishin' Bunkroom Suite, featuring two twin xl loft beds over two queen beds, all ready to envelop you in marshmallow-soft Cloud Supreme Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The space is complete with a private spa-style luxury multi-head shower and powder room plus an adjacent laundry room convenient for all of your "just off the lake" activities. The Bunkroom is a kid favorite with its youth library and toys located in the cottage armoire. The bonus is the walkout access to the Hot Tub with gorgeous lake and slope views.

The coziest sleeping space in the lakehouse is a private nook on the main floor nearest the dining area with a floating Queen size bed with lighting - (sleeps 2) and a large armoire with TV. Powder room is located just around the corner.

Additional small pullout sofa sleeper situated in the upstairs lounge/bar area (best suited for kids) to complete sleeping arrangements. Please contact the owner for information regarding 1 more flex sleeping space, perfect for kids that need close proximity to parents' bedrooms.

Outdoor deck – Hot Tub – Gas BBQ
Enjoy the fabulous decks and balconies on this Lodge year-round. The lower level deck features a large hot tub with amazing views of the lake – perfect for relaxing and enjoying in any season! The deck opens onto a staircase leading through the backyard to the lake, as well as your own private dock during the lake season. You’ll also find a BBQ on the deck, just off the kitchen under the gently swaying pines, and the west side deck features a comfortable deep cushion outdoor couch, loveseat, and fire pit table to relax by. A teak round corner dining table and four chairs provide a sweet quiet spot to enjoy a cup of joe at sunrise before the rest of the family wakes up. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets at the live edge wood slab counter height bar and al fresco lights added to complete the ambiance for happy hour at sunset. Enjoy!

Laundry
Enjoy the convenience of this home’s 2 full laundry areas which are helpful after a day on the lake or on the slopes. Laundry detergent pods are provided.

5 Vehicle Parking
Inside the gates of the private estate, the level driveway offers room for a maximum of 5 vehicles to park or bring 2 or 3 cars and a boat or RV.

The Lakefront Lodge is permitted for no more than 14 guests, up to 16 with approval by the owner. The Lakefront Lodge is not a party house; any damage, cleanup, uninvited additional guests, and/or involvement of local authorities will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. By renting the Lodge, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to accept all penalties, as applicable.
