Dreaming of a desert getaway? This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath oasis awaits in the heart of Woodhaven Country Club with easy access to golf, numerous pools, tennis and pickleball courts!



Light and bright with vaulted ceilings and an open floor concept, this condo is ideal for gathering with friends or relaxing with family.



Unwind after a long day on the greens or at the pool in the stylishly decorated living room with plenty of seating, large flatscreen TV and fireplace, or fix a drink at the wet bar and enjoy a happy hour cocktail as you watch the deserts stunning sunsets. Keep the cook company at the breakfast bar, gather for meals at the dining table that seats 6, or dine alfresco on the covered back patio.



Sun-kissed and sleepy after a day of pickleball, golf, and swimming, guests have their choice of 2 comfortable bedrooms. The primary has a queen, a large vanity with double sinks, a shower and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a shower over tub. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a private internal patio.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Woodhaven CC is a semi-private course, so renters are able to golf for a fee and sign up for monthly or seasonal memberships to have access to play on the course as well as tennis, gym and pickle ball. There are 4 pools/hot tubs that are open to guest use without membership.



House Rules and Notes

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property

- No more than 1 car at the house at any time

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

- No smoking

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
