This three master suite condo is perfect for three couples or a family. Wake up to the sunlight drifting through the patio doors in the deluxe suite. This suite boasts a king bed, lhandicap-equiped shower and toilet, and desk with printer, and large flat screen TV. A second suite holds a queen bed and private bathroom and TV. The third suite is furnished with two double beds and has an access door to its own bathroom. All three suits have TVs. This updated, beautifully furnished Mesquite unit has almost 1,700 square feet and is completely equipped with everything you could need. There is a large HDTV in the living room with a DVD player, and CD player. The interior courtyard has a gas BBQ.
Sit on the southeast facing patio in the mornings, enjoy the warmth of the sun, and look over the great green expanse with a back drop of majestic mountains. In the afternoonā€™s heat, the patio is cool in the shade. In the evenings, watch the twinkling lights of the clubhouse in the distance. Enjoy the peace and quiet
and walk just feet to the pool and Jacuzzi across the street or enjoy one of the other 50 pools in the complex, including the Olympic size pool at the clubhouse. Newly painted interior and remodeled bathrooms with tiled showers. New kitchen appliances.

This was a great set up for three people each with their own bedroom and bathroom, well equipped kitchen except for no toaster. Great location, very safe and secure, great neighborhood but a bit of a drive to get out of the property. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location and good value for the money. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, including utensils, condiments, etc. A couple of items could be improved (including a lumpy queen bed in the non-master suite) but we connected directly with the owner is going to work on them.

Beautiful location and lovely, well equipped condo. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Wasnt thrilled that the bed in the master bedroom was on the floor while the bed frame was on the floor in another bedroom so we had to carefully walk around it. Still had a very enjoyable time.

Perfect Desert Hideaway

The place was clean and had everything including a full bath for every bedroom with great wifi and location. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is 20 feet from the pool which was perfect. The only thing is that the bathrooms did not have any shampoo or body wash so be sure to bring your own toiletries. Overall a wonderful place and would definitely stay here again!

Large, reasonably priced condo in gorgeous setting

The country club in which this house is located takes immaculate care of the property. The house itself could use some maintenence and attention to detail. The master bedroom, with sliders facing east, needs blackout curtains.

Great location

Loved this 3 master bedroom unit and location. Beautiful views of the sunrise. Great layout, very suitable for 3 couples. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay at this location aga8n.

Review

The accommodations where ā€œsurface cleanā€, but if you moved anything around you soon found areas where cleaning has been neglected for some time. There was no hot water, messaged owner and got no reply. Eventually determined the pilot light was out on water heater, hunted around to find a bbq lighter as we donā€™t carry matches etc . Many people would not have found that or been comfortable restarting a pilot light.

Room to Relax

We spent a week with our grown children celebrating birthdays. The layout of the condo provided full privacy, a great view every morning from the comfortable patio. Itā€™s a perfect location to venture out.

Pleasant, roomy oasis in the desert but needs some updates

Location - easy to find but somewhat desolate definitely need a car to get around ie groceries Updates - linen, pillows, pots & pans, cookie sheet, clean carpets in bedrooms, electric stove plates tilted, dishwasher leaked ( repair man came - getting new one) , some problems working TVs - one in Queen bedroom never turned on, trouble with key security lock box Good - pool right across street, lots of beach towels, beds comfortable, very roomy, beautiful golf club and amenities, great Pasta night buffet Friday night at Club House, lovely views, great security at gates - felt very safe, very quiet and lots of patio furniture and great weather šŸ˜

A lovely setting and central location. Pool was close enough to be convenient but not too close to be noisy. I especially enjoyed the main living area, nice and bright. The two back bedrooms were dark for my taste but I didnā€™t need to use them.

One of the best places I have stayed!

I rented this home from April 18th through April 22nd. I travelled to the area from Oberlin, OH to take my 17-year-old son and our cousin (who is the same age) to Coachella Weekend 2. This trip was his high school graduation gift and a thank you for being such a great student for his entire school career. I loved the fact that the condo was in a gated community with 24 hour security. The location of the home was perfect as we were only about 10 minutes away from the park and ride shuttle location for the venue. The home was beautiful and the high ceilings made the space feel even bigger than it was. Everything was spotless and very welcoming upon arrival. The kitchen was equipped with all of the amenities that you would need, although we didn't cook any meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and each room having it's own bathroom was such a convenience. Claudia, the owner, was very kind and I knew she was easily accessible if we needed her for anything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 were the check out instructions. The list of items we were asked to complete upon leaving seemed excessive and a bit confusing. They included items such as removing a sun dial and vase from the patio and putting them away in the garage, covering patio furniture, covering windows with sun blocking screens and shutting off the water. We were also expected to wash the sheets and towels which I had never experienced before in a Vrbo. It wasn't clear which valve outside controlled the water and we couldn't find the covers for the patio furniture. I felt bad that we were not able to complete everything on the list as I wanted to be a good guest. However, with us coming in from the last day of Coachella at 2 am and checking out at 6 am, there simply wasn't enough time to get it all done. Other than that small hiccup, out stay was amazing! Thank you Claudia for helping me make this the trip of a lifetime for my son. I would highly recommend everyone travelling to the Palm Desert or Palm Springs area book this home!

Amazing Spacious Home in Palm Dessert

The pictures do not do the home justice- the rooms and other areas are quite spacious and perfect for housing 6-8 people. Everyone gets a comfortable place to sleep and there are plenty of bathrooms. We only wished the blinds were blacked-out or thicker since the sun is very bright in the morning. The house was very clean and had everything we could've wished to use. Kitchen is well stocked with cute matching plates, bowls, and utensils. The fridge is ready to go with an ice maker and water dispenser. I loved that the kitchen counter opens up into the dining area. We were able to hang out with everyone in one room since the dining area is right next to the couches in the living room. The spacious bathrooms are the best in this house! There are many sinks and counter spaces- perfect for getting ready. The house is also full of mirrors as well. We had such a great and comfy time in the house with all the amenities and the AC working well. We were also able to enjoy the pool right across the street- it was like our own personal pool since no one else was using it at the time. The community also felt very safe since it's gated and guarded at all times. Claudia was very quick to help us with providing information about getting in and out. Ubers/Lyfts will be able to directly come to pick you up from the house after you let security know. Overall, we had an amazing time at this beautiful country club and I definitely recommend Claudia's place for those looking for a chill place to relax.

Our stay was perfect, with a great unit and nearby pool for the grandkids when they visited.

The unit was outstanding with great morning sun and views of the driving range and golfer on nearby holes. Bedrooms were large and the unit was well furnished. Have stayed in many units in Palm Valley and this was among the best.

Spacious condo w/ 3 full bathrooms!

Our group of 6 stayed here for Coachella weekend. We have stayed at other places for the festival ( resorts and houses) and this by far is the best. All rooms are good sizes and if don't like sharing your bathroom each room has there own. The pantry has the basics that we needed to cook, which was also a plus, as it saved us a store trip (replace as a courtesy if needed ). Pool is literally across the street. House has direct views of the driving range which I enjoyed. Claudia went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very communicative, she was able to answer any questions I had within a couple of hours. I will definitely recommend or stay here again. Thank you Claudia for sharing your home!

Perfect vacation home

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for a weekend trip for 6 people. The country club is in a great location and felt safe with a gated entrance and guard. The view of the golf course from the patio is amazing. The pictures don't do the place justice, as it felt more spacious and modern (especially the living room and kitchen). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of counter space for doing make-up, hair, etc. Claudia was very responsive and accommodating throughout the booking process, as we booked our stay several months in advance. She also answered the few questions we had during our stay in a timely manner. The little notes with instructions around the house were very thoughtful.

Perfect 3 bedroom!

Having three nice bedrooms, each with its own bath, was perfect for our group. The furnishings were very nice, and it was great to have some staples in the pantry. The location in Palm Desert was convenient to restaurants and golf courses, which were our two main activities.

Easter with the family in Palm Desert made even better staying here

5 of us traveled out to spend Easter with my cousin. The three bathrooms were a definite plus when all 5 of us had to be ready on time. The place is very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is just steps away. We did enjoy the view from the back patio as we enjoyed our morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this place!

We appreciated the three bedrooms for all the family to have their own space. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. We would rent this home again. So much better than a motel room.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean place with all the comforts of home. All 3 bathrooms are attached to separate bedrooms which is a plus when sharing with friends/family. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Palm Valley Country Club is a beautiful course that feels safe for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend staying here.
