Our home is located in the heart of Ocean Beach. Its amazing location is only 2 blocks away from restaurants and shops and 5 blocks away from the beach.



The Space:

This private suite includes a mini fridge and coffee maker, along with essentials to enjoy both indoors and outdoors—bath towels, beach towels, a beach chair, and a beach umbrella are all provided.

Guest Access:

Guest will access the space via the patio sliding door. No interaction with house host is needed.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is ideally located just five blocks from the beach and two blocks from Ocean Beach’s restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Enjoy easy access to San Diego’s top destinations—Mission Beach and Mission Bay are about 10 minutes away, while Pacific Beach, Downtown San Diego, and San Diego International Airport are within 15 minutes. Liberty Station and Shelter Island are also less than a 10-minute drive.



Getting Around:

The area is highly walkable, with the beach, dining, and shops just minutes away. Driving or using Uber/Lyft makes it easy to reach other San Diego attractions and the airport.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Towel use: For outdoor or beach use, please use the gray towels provided. We kindly ask that white bath towels remain indoors.

Quiet time: between 10 p.m. - 7a.m.

“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.
