The Space:

Recently renovated from top to bottom, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home blends vintage 1928 character with modern luxury. You'll find original, refinished wood flooring throughout the home and a spacious entryway with a coat rack, boot tray, and a chair to welcome you.



Sun Room & Living: Start your day in the sun room in the front of the house, which is lined with windows and filled with a sofa and a cozy reading chair. The main living room is perfect for unwinding, centering around a cozy gas fireplace and furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs. Or, start a movie or TV show on the HD Roku TV.



Dining & Kitchen: The dining room has a table with 4 chairs and a bench, to seat 6 people. The heart of the home features a newly furnished kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, cups, plates, bowls, a crock pot, blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee bar, and a fun waffle bar, complete with waffle mix, syrup, and sprinkles! A breakfast nook with 4 extra seats offers additional casual dining space.



Sleeping Arrangements :



Upstairs: Features a primary King Suite with an attached private bath with standing shower and double sinks, plus a second bedroom with a Queen bed. An additional full bathroom is located on this floor with a bathtub and shower.  



Downstairs: Offers plenty of extra space, including a King bedroom with a sofa sleeper and a fourth bedroom with a Full-size bed and sofa sleeper. A third full bathroom serves this level, which also has a tub/shower combo.



All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.  



Game Room & Comfort: The finished basement game room provides fun for all with a leather sectional, electric fireplace, large HD Roku TV, pool table, skee ball table, and a pinball bouncy ball game.

For your convenience, a full laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.



Outdoor Oasis: Relax in the large, newly landscaped private yard. Enjoy the patio for morning coffee or evening drinks, then unwind in the 4-person hot tub—perfect for a soothing soak after a hike or a day exploring the town. There is also a propane grill and an outdoor dining table so you can eat outside.



The Location: Walkable to everything! Leave the car in the driveway and explore the historic charm of Old Town Erie right outside your door.  



Please note that we have original door hardware on the doors upstairs so they do not lock- this includes the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and the main bathroom.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with keyless door entry. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

There is one wardrobe in the laundry room that is locked from guests.

Downtown Erie, Colorado is a historic district and the heart of the community, blending its past as a coal mining town with a modern mix of local businesses, restaurants, breweries, and community gathering spots. It offers a historic atmosphere with locally owned shops and services, along with a variety of places for food, drink, and personal care.



Getting Around:

This home is in walking distance of different shops and restaurants and charming Erie. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street.



Other Things to Note:

Important detail to note: The master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and the main bathroom do not have locks on the doors.
