Yes. I did call at 830 and asked if it would be ok to replace the part on the dryer. There was an unsafe part on the heating element that was a concern. As soon as I got the part I wanted to replace it so as to not put anyone in danger. The replacement took less than 20 minutes. I apologize for the inconvenience but maybe in the future you could tell your host that the timing won’t work and that they need to find another time instead of saying yes and then giving a bad review. As far as the “don’t give me 10 cleaning tasks to do before I check out”, this is a gross exaggeration. First of all they are listed as “Check out requests” and there are 3 of them. Dishes in the dishwasher and start, start one load of towels (if your schedule allows) and take out your trash and again they are requests. Not even mandatory. I can assure you that the towels had been washed. They are washed after every guest stay. As far as the beds are concerned I will look into getting those replaced. They were new 1.5 years ago but thanks for the heads up. I hope you find a different place that you enjoy more than this one next time. Good luck.

This is a very frustrating, dishonest, and disingenuous review. Before Sara arrived she inquired about the beds/sleeping arrangements and I explained all of the sleeping arrangements to her and she responded that it would be acceptable. The soap is not watered down. Ever. There are four toilets and each of them have two rolls of toilet paper in them. There is also extra toilet paper under the master bedroom sink. How much more toilet paper did she need for a two night stay??!! There was no “scrambling for beds”, you knew exactly what the bed situation was after we messaged about it. Bummer that you found it necessary to leave this type of inaccurate review.
