- Entertainment & Wellness: A state-of-the-art home theater featuring a 112-inch screen and plush leather reclining seats for 12, an ocean-view fitness center, a fully equipped beauty salon, and a tennis/pickleball court setup.

- The Suites: Nine spacious oceanview suites, each opening to a private balcony or terrace. The configuration includes eight bedrooms with 1 King bed each, and a ninth Casita suite equipped with 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed.

- Booking Policies & Events: To preserve the community atmosphere, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older as the primary signing renter.

- Special events may be hosted on the property upon request and prior approval only.

- Villa Guidelines: Villa Bellissima enforces a strict no-smoking policy across all indoor and outdoor areas; violations incur a mandatory $500 USD penalty.

- Pets are not permitted on the premises.

- Taxes & Fees: All luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and 4% Lodging Tax.
