Constructed in 2014 this 6 star platinum villa welcomes you for total relaxation in luxury which includes professional staff services, magnificent views and a 5 minute walk to the Pedregal private beach.

Villa Veranza is the sister property of Villa Andaluza vrbo no. 129608.

Pacific Ocean views are abundant from this fabulous 5 level, 7,400-square foot property located in the upscale community of Pedregal. Set on a hillside the villa boasts 15' ceilings, eight uniquely decorated bedroom suites, all have private baths with indoor/outdoor showers, custom marble sinks, extraordinary finishes, Cal. king beds, satellite TV (DVR & sound systems) along with top of the world views!

On the main level enjoy an open entertaining space in the living room and gourmet kitchen. A 70' high definition TV, stereo sound system, Wi-Fi, pool table and generous seating throughout! The gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator, seating for 14 and plenty of amenities enables you to enjoy the culinary arts of our in-house professional chef (included in nightly rate)!

The spa room set up for in-house masseuse services allows your group to enjoy massage at a fraction of the rate of an outside spa!

Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean while you’re entertaining outdoors on over 3,000 square feet of decks and terraces. Your group will relish the spacious infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, covered dining area, 46' outdoor television, built in sofas and lounge chairs.

The Villa comes with a staff of four, a chef and his assistant, concierge and housekeeper. We are pleased to be one of the only villas providing complimentary chef services! Masseuse services are available in house, upon request.

Villa Veranza guests can enjoy exclusive access to the Mountain Club spa, which offers a range of premium amenities. These include two pools overlooking the ocean, a sauna, a steam room, and luxurious spa services. The spa also features a state-of-the-art gym and fitness studio, offering yoga classes, a juice bar, and a poolside menu.

Walk to the beach, or take a 10 minute drive to downtown beaches.

A private 30' sport fishing boat is located in the Marina exclusively for guests of Villa Veranza and Villa Andaluza. It has its own crew and is available to charter for a moderate price to enjoy fishing, snorkeling or a sunset cruise. Chartering with us eliminates any excessive fees or cancellation costs for bad weather days or for those mornings where you just may have had too much fun the night before. Cruise or fish on your time schedule!

When responding please provide age ranges of party with number of males and females. We take a maximum of 11 single men or 11 single women groups in this property. Please clarify the make up of your group in advance.

The Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years Eve each have 7 day minimum stays. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum on weekends.
