Welcome to Eagle’s Landing, where luxury meets the laid-back beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Perched high among the trees, this stunning new cabin was designed to help you slow down, spread out, and soak in the views. Inside, the modern kitchen makes gathering easy with high-end appliances, a large dining table for ten, and extra seating at the countertop bar—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or late-night conversations.

The main level flows into a spacious living room filled with upscale furnishings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a large Smart TV, and oversized windows that frame the mountains like a work of art. Two beautiful master bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own full bathroom, plus an additional bath accessible from the living space for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find three more inviting bedrooms, including two additional master suites and a fun bunk room with a full-over-queen bunk—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Downstairs is where the fun really begins. The lower level features a full game room with arcade games and a pool table, along with a cozy movie area made for relaxed nights in. Step straight from here into the indoor heated pool for year-round swimming, with a convenient half bath nearby. Outside, multiple seating areas, outdoor dining tables, and a brand-new hot tub invite you to unwind under the mountain sky. * Bedrooms #3 & #4 (Upper Level): Revel in luxury with two additional spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, large windows, and a range of premium amenities.

The road inside the resort is paved. The driveway is up a hill, but the parking area is paved and flat. There is plenty of parking for 6 vehicles.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature will be set between 82-84 degrees.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
There is a strict no smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks, and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the driveway. Any guests violating this rule will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
