Wonderful Location! Steps to Eagle lift! Spacious with cabin feel.

Our spacious Summit condo in the H building is a large, yes 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms at 1650 sq. feet. Steps to Eagle lift and is absolutely perfect for 8 people. Accommodates max 8 people. Newly remodeled upstairs shower/toilet room.

No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.

We have one assigned underground garage parking spot. Additional guest underground garage parking in a Letter space if available and are located in the end of either side of the garage. Additional outdoor parking spaces available in front of the office on Meridian Blvd. Parking permits need to be displayed in your car.

Great Winter Location!
Eagle Lodge, ski lift and ski school is only a few steps away with easy, flat walking distance. Approximate 100 steps from outside H building door!

Perfect to come back to and relax for lunch before hitting the slopes in the afternoon for a few more hours.

Great Summer Location
Sierra Star Golf Course is just around the corner for our golf visitors. Lots of hiking and biking trails pass by Summit so it is easy to access the Village loop or jump on to the trolley from Juniper Springs Lodge.

Our unit is very spacious and comfortable with a large living room. Perfect for 2 families. When you walk in you have a bar kitchen which opens up to the living room area and a wood burning fire place. Dining room table seats 8.

The ski rack is located next to the dining room area.

Please note, when there is snow covering the chimney winter time there is no way for the smoke to exit so it will come into the unit. I advise you to check before lighting a fire on some extreme snowy winter days.

All 3 bedrooms with remodeled vanity areas.
1st Bedroom) Master bedroom downstairs has one King bed, vanity area and shower/bath with toilet.
2nd) Second upstairs bedroom on the right offers a Queen bed and vanity area.
3rd) Third upstairs bedroom on the left has one Queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed over twin with vanity area.

Upstairs bedrooms share the newly renovated toilet/shower room.

All bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's.

OUR UNIT OFFERS:
- Accommodation for max 8 guests.
- Remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with pots and pans etc.
- Large dining area seating 8 guests.
- All rooms have Flat screen TV's
- WIFI is fast. 425 down / 50 up
- Firewood on balcony.
- One assigned covered garage parking spot.
- Additional guest parking at a letter space or open parking outside lobby on Meridian Blvd (winter time).

GETTING AROUND:
During the winter months the bus will take you all over Mammoth to Canyon Lodge, Main Lodge, The Village, Vons Supermarket etc. Very convenient.
The town shuttle stops outside Eagle Lodge.
Yellow Line goes to The Village,
Green Line down Meridian to Vons,
Night time the Town Trolley travels around.

Summer months the town trolley stops at Eagle Lodge.

The amenities, location and house were all very nice. One thing that was inconvenient was the stove top has four burners and only one of them works. We also were left with one and one half rolls of toilet paper for 7 people, that was a little inconvenient. For the most part, the place was just was we needed and super close to the Eagle lifts.

Ski Trip

The cabin was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed the family pictures around the cabin, felt like a real home. The cabin is walking distance to Eagle lodge which was very important for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place, great host

Great location right next to eagle lodge. The host was very responsive. Only one assigned parking spot was an issue, but will stay here again when come back to mammoth.

Wonderful Mammoth Townhome

We had the best week. The townhome is spacious and has everything you need. Short walk to the mountain lift. We will definitely stay again!

Large condo very close to the lifts

Great condo 5 min walk to lifts. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 families or couples with plenty of privacy due to the 2 floors. Communication was very fast and accommodating.. Great place for a ski holiday. We loved the supplied bathrobes.

Skiing Weekend

The property was as listed- well stocked kitchen, close to Eagle. Checkin was exactly at 4:00 with the code. The condo was clean, but some of the furniture was overused. Overall great stay!

Perfect For A Family

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property is as advertised. It's a big unit and the kitchen was nice as shown. The upstairs shower has also been redone which is nice. It's close to the slopes and easy access to Eagle. Working with the property managers was also very easy.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We came up with a few couples for a ski weekend. Easy access to the slopes. The kitchen was nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they really need a new fire place. We found that it put out a lot of smoke into the unit. I would also suggest adding better lighting so its not so dark inside. other than that its a wonderful place to stay

Ski in, ski out slice of paradise

Had a wonderful time at unit 108. The hosts were quick to communicate with all my questions (email and text) and was a brisk not even 5 min walk to Eagle Lodge. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, tv room was a good size for a group of 7 plus had space with everyone in their own bed. Only tricky part was the mishap of even and odds on two different floors - was a little maze at first. Appreciated that there were 2 spots for parking as in the building. The property itself also had a great big kitchen table that was perfect for games. Thank you for hosting for a wonderful weekend!

Walking distance to eagle lodge!

This property was perfect for our needs! Spacious enough for our 2 families to stay (total of 8) and not be on top of each other. The common area was a perfect place for the kids to play in the snow and we could see them from the patio. Condo was clean and nice. Only draw backs was that there is no elevator and the condo requires 2 flights of stairs from the parking garage, the firewood outside was wet and icy which made it unusable and the downstairs bed was super squeaky and a bit hard for our liking. Even though we still feel overall, great place and would stay here again.

Fireplace does not work properly, we only tried to use it the first night as smoke kept coming into the unit... the flu was open correctly.Mice are in the unit...we called our contact and they came and set traps.... and yes, a mouse was caught.

Nice Place, Great Location!

Great location

The kithen is really well stocked and the location is great -you really can walk to the lift even with all of your gear. The management could give a little better direction on how to find the unit- so make sure you ask!.

Great location - good for family

Stayed with my brother and our 4 kids 6-13yrs old. Easy access to lift at eagle. Walking distance. Would recommend.

We had a magical time.

The condo was in the perfect location. Just a short walk to the ski lift. The condo was perfect for a multi-generation family trip. We all had a great time together. It had a nice updated kitchen and plenty of room for a family of 7. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for the grandkids.

Enjoy to see our kids be able play outside in the courtyard is fantastic.
Condo is spacious and have that inviting cabin feel.
Last but not least, a wonderful vacation home away from home, Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall!
Come relax and enjoy Mammoth Lakes and the Sierra Nevada Mountains!
