• Our condo is perfect for families and small groups as there is nice space for everyone, games, TVs in every room, comfortable high quality furnishings and beautiful views out every window. The Master Suite is on its own floor so it is private and lovely with a king sized bed, large bath and double sinks. Two additional bedrooms are on the main floor--one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds. The unit can sleep 6 comfortably. There is a small landing with a desk that looks out to Dave's Run. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Underground parking makes those snowy days less of an issue and there is a bike locker in the garage as well. In the summer you can sit by the large pool and enjoy the wildlife. If you are a golfer, you are on one of the prettiest holes of the Sierra Star Golf Course overlooking Bear Lake. Families will love the proximity to Eagle Chair - the best beginner chair in Mammoth. If it is snowing, experts can literally ski from Dave's Run to our front door! We have been doing VRBO for the last three years in Santa Barbara and take great care to make sure you have everything you need to have an amazing experience.
• You will have access to underground parking (1 numbered space and an additional space on first come basis). There is also additional parking right outside our front door. Complex has one of the best pools in Mammoth (Summer only) and heated Jacuzzi (year round). There is a washer and dryer in unit for your use.
• You’ll love the location of this property as you can walk to the ski mountain, you are on a spectacular golf course, you are 1 mile to the village and 1.5 miles to the Vons shopping center. The bike path for summer riding is literally outside our door and connects to the bike paths throughout the Mammoth Area. This is a great condo in an awesome location!
• The Bus line is less than a block away on Meridian.
• We provide fresh linens, soap, shampoo, blow dryers, laundry detergent, etc.

Fantastic Mammoth Stay

This place was perfect for our Mammoth trip. Only a few blocks from Eagle Lodge made getting to the slopes stress free. The place was very comfortable with lots of sleeping options and fully stocked kitchen. Our hosts were very responsive and gave great tips on navigating our trip! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great ski vacation rental!

Great location

We had a lovely stay at Lisa’s place. Well-stocked and a super convenient location for skiing, almost as good as ski in ski out! Lisa was communicative and reached out to make sure we got in okay and everything was good. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, so nice not to have to stress about having enough garbage bags/toilet paper/dishwasher soap. Excellent communication from host. Walked to Eagle in regular boots and stored rental skis on site and ski boots in lockers there. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Nice to have underground parking. Would definitely return.

Cozy clean and comfortable

Blizzard like conditions made it almost impossible for us to get to Mammoth but once there condo became cozy warm. Everything was as expected since this was our 3rd stay at this location. Thanks again Lisa!

We really enjoyed our stay, short walk to the slopes. We took Lisa’s advise and park the car in the free parking area near the lift each morning. I drove up around 7 and we walked up about 8.30 to prepare for our day on the slopes.The condo was spacious for a family of 4.We would definitely return to Lisa’s condo if we ever came back to mammoth.

Amazing Hospitality

What a great spot. Lisa was awesome. Followed up and was super cool. The condo is awesome. It had everything you could possibly need/want. Not your average place with a few coffee mugs and not enough forks. Location is awesome on the golf course and close to Eagle Lodge. We loved it.

Family Weekend

Stayed with my family two young, children and my parents in there 70's. Location was great! Easy to drop kids off drive back and walk with how busy it was. Lisa, was very responsive to any questions. It was a stormy weekend and Property Management was very dilegant on the roads and walkways.

Perfect ski/snow vacation

This was our second year in a row staying here for our family ski trip, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. One of the biggest perks is that this is a family condo where the owners actually spend time in the condo themselves, so everything is in great working order and you have all the supplies needed for a comfortable stay - especially when it comes to kitchen/cooking items. Communication with the host is also a huge perk. They are super responsive, helpful, and truly care that your experience is a great one. Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Excellent condo for two families

Went with friends, two families of three and it worked perfect. Everything you need is there. Good communication, nice property, and great location. Note: there is 7'6" of parking clearance underground. We have a tall Jeep and it was a HUGE benefit that we were able to park indoors when the 2' of snow came down :)

Great condo very close to Eagle Lodge

This is a great condo close to Eagle Lodge. It's incredibly spacious. The master top floor is great and quiet. On the owners' advice my husband would drive our car the 1 min around the corner when he woke up, park it with all our skis and boots and then walk back. Later when kids were up we would walk bak around (5 mins or so) to the car and put our ski/snowboard boots on etc. Then the car was there at the end of the day

perfect ski getaway

Perfect place for a group of 6 friends on a weekend ski holiday! We all worked for 2 days, and the layout / bedrooms are well set up. It's a little far of a walk to the slopes (it was whiteout conditions), but easy to do in a pinch (we still found it easier to drive). Lisa is so sweet and very communicative as a host, and made it a very easy and comfortable stay. She even offered to let us change our dates given the whiteout conditions as we came in, which we really appreciated.

Great Condo for our family

We enjoyed our stay for the New Year. Lisa and Nick are excellent hosts. The condo is clean and comfortable. The view of the golf course is beautiful. You can definitely walk to the Eagle Lodge lift, but we drove to have easy access to our car. There wasn't much snow on the ground during our stay so we never used the under ground parking garage. Parking in front of the condo is very convenient. We will be back!

Well maintained, convenient location to Eagle

We’ve been visiting Mammoth for several years now, and this is our favorite property so far. Besides being located close to Eagle Lodge, this property also had everything we needed. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied with fully functioning appliances, cookware, etc. We cooked almost every meal in the condo. One day during our stay, it snowed 28 inches overnight, and the roads and parking lot were cleared of snow relatively quickly the next day. The heated indoor parking garage was much appreciated during that storm! Communication with the owner was very easy and they were quick to respond. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Awesome unit, great location, fabulous owner

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this awesome unit. It is well located to Eagle lift, very easy walk so no need to hassle with parking and having your car snowed in. The unit also comes with a parking spot in the garage so the car didn't get all covered in snow and don't have to worry about putting up the windshield wipers, etc. The unit itself is well designed with a great floor plan and the furniture has a nice "mountain" feel to it that adds to the enjoyment of feeling like you are escaping to a cabin in the woods. The view is overlooking a golf course, though for us it was a snow course...perfect for sledding, snow forts and snowball fights, snow angles and adventuring around with the kids. The owner was fabulous, sent an email in advance with all the details about the unit, how to get in, and was fast to respond to any communications (thank you Lisa!). Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a get away in Mammoth!

Good location and well-equipped

We are a family of four (kids 10yo and 11yo) who stayed for about a week to ski during the holidays. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. Water pressure in the showers was good and the thermostat evenly distributed heat throughout the condo (those are two issues we've had with other ski condos, so I thought I would mention them here). I also liked the fact that the complex/property as a whole (including garage and driveway area) was flat, which helped because the weather was stormy and roads were icy so our car didn't slide around and it was much easier to walk the dog. Eagle Lodge is an easy walk, although I don't recommend it in ski boots (snowboard boots would be fine ). We drove our car to the parking lot in the morning with our gear and then walked back to the condo for breakfast and took our time getting ready for the slopes. This worked out well because we needed to walk the dog anyway. (I also saw other people in the surrounding properties do this, just as a head's up.)

Great condo walking distance to Eagle

My 2 boys and I had a very enjoyable stay at Mammoth Greens. The condo was very spacious (master upstairs with tub and shower and 2 bedrooms on the main floor). Comfortable den and kitchen had everything you need. Very clean. When we were there, the spa was not in operation but I informed the owner and they , in turn, informed the HOA. Not a huge deal but things happen. It's about a 10 minute walk to Eagle with snowboard boots on. I want to come back and stay here in the summer. Awesome place and thanks for having us
