Stay comfortably at this 4-bedroom house on the Burke/Kirby line on the backside of Burke Mountain. Right off snowmobile trails and Kingdom mountain bike trails and less than 10 minutes to the Mountain resort! This tranquil single family home is overlooking the valley and a large private pond. It features 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor... perfect for 2 families or groups. With three shared bathrooms, guests always can find an empty bathroom! Bright and inviting, the home creates a delightful atmosphere for relaxing after a day of adventure. Whether you’re gathering for meals or unwinding in the living area, the brightness and comfort of the space makes every moment enjoyable. There is Satellite internet (our only option, but it works well) and Smart TVs in the 2nd floor den and both 1st floor bedrooms (not in the Kids bedrooms) Laundry is available in the basement in case you get wet or dirty. We truly hope that our place will help you experience everything Burke and the Northeast Kingdom has to offer!

Sorry no pets are allowed to enable everyone to enjoy the property. There is a strict no smoking policy in place. Starter toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent) will be provided. Sheets and Towels are provided for all beds and 8 guests. Please bring your own beach towels if you intend to venture out. Firewood is NOT provided.

This property is brand new to the market in 2026 after a complete rebuild wrapping up in early January.
