Inside, you’ll find two cozy living areas. The first located near the entry has plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or casual hangouts. The second living area towards the back of the home offers plenty of space and flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island and stainless steel appliances.

The bedrooms are just as inviting. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each feature a queen bed for restful nights. The fourth bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Outside, the expansive backyard paradise awaits! Enclosed for privacy, this space is perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunny days. A fully fenced pool with a waterslide offers hours of fun. Multiple patio areas with string lights are ideal for lounging. The side patio has ample seating, while the covered patio features two dining tables, a TV, and a grill great for family BBQs or shaded relaxation. A lush turf lawn with corn hole game completes the yard.

Centrally located in the Phoenix Metro area, this peaceful desert retreat places you just a short drive from major attractions. Catch a spring training game, or stroll along Mill Avenue in Tempe, just minutes away. Its convenient location makes this the ideal home base for exploring the best of the area.

- Please note, the pool is not heated.
- No dogs are allowed in the pool.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

A pack n' play travel crib is located in the master closet and a high chair is located the garage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.

Large events or rowdy parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
