Quail Mountain Villa is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom custom home, offering 3,400 square feet of single-story living. A large covered backyard patio offers seating to relax, dine, or watch the outdoor TV at the lighted, custom, natural stone bar. Your grill master will love the Treager smoker and built in gas BBQ, as they gaze upon desert mountain views. Bring binoculars and cameras to capture exciting views of the quail, javelina, coyote, bobcat, and other desert wildlife you may see on Quail Mountain.

This resort-style paradise features a private pool and waterfall with optional heating available for an extra charge. The outdoor patio is furnished with loungers for relaxation, a dining area that seats six, and cozy couches and chairs perfectly positioned to enjoy the peaceful mountain backdrop. A free-standing heater and outdoor tower fan enhance your comfort while soaking in the outdoor ambiance. For added fun, a high-quality regulation corn-hole game is provided. The property also boasts a new outdoor heated shower made from steel beams! This private backyard oasis, with stunning views of Quail Mountain, truly offers a one-of-a-kind retreat you won’t want to leave.

This home has an open floor plan and stylish Southwestern décor including custom tile, stonework, and hickory wood doors throughout. The great room has 14’ ceilings with clerestory and large windows that offer amazing views of the backyard oasis. There is also plush seating with recliners for TV viewing, entertaining and a gathering area for conversations. There is another cozy sitting area with a smart TV and DVD, sectional couch and surround curtains for enclosing the room when you desire a quiet and secluded space. The modern kitchen is bright, spacious and completely stocked to prep and serve feasts. There is both island and table seating with views of the pool, patio and Quail Mountain. Wait until you see the kitchen table that the owner designed and built from a saguaro cactus. Solid hickory cabinets with granite countertops and stainless appliances make this professional grade kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining. French doors connect the kitchen and great room to the backyard. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Starter coffee pods are provided.

All four bedrooms have King beds, Smart TV’s and ceiling fans. The primary suite features a walk-in closet, doors that access the pool and backyard, a massage chair, en suite bath with a jetted tub, snail walk-in natural stone shower and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 uses the powder room and the tub-shower in Bathroom 2. Bathroom 2, a Jack and Jill style with a tub-shower combo, is situated between Bedrooms 3 & 4. Spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers are provided for guest use. A powder room is convenient for guests and swimmers.

The dedicated laundry room has a brand new front load washer and dryer is stocked with laundry soap. It has a second refrigerator for overflow food and beverages.

There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway. The garage is not available for guests to use.

This home has the best residential high speed internet available from Cox Communications. Guests can enjoy 1 gig downloads and stream their personal apps from their phones and on all 7 smart TV’s. All TV’s in the home are for streaming apps and not cable equipped. Guests can use their own accounts to stream Apps such as Hulu Live and YouTube TV for local news and more.

The minimum age to rent is 26 years.

When the owners of this home are not traveling, they reside on the property in a separate casita. The entire vacation home and backyard is private and dedicated solely for guest use and not a shared space. The owners will respect guest privacy at all times. They are available to answer questions or assist guests as needed.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. Guest agrees to not exceed overnight occupancy of 8 people without prior permission from owner.

Please notify owners if daytime visitors will exceed six (6) people.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. No loud music or excessive noise allowed between 10:00pm- 8:00am.

For guest security, the outside of the home has a security camera that faces the driveway. A second camera that faces the front courtyard entrance. No cameras view the inside or back of the home.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. A fee of $250 if unauthorized pets (including support animals) are found on the property.

NO Hair Dyes or Bleach products allowed inside the home. Guests who stain any sheets, towels, or other items with these products will be charged replacement costs or additional cleaning fees as required.

POOL HEAT --Optional pool heat for the private pool is available for $70.00 per day and must be purchased for the entire stay. Guests who want pool heat must notify the owner and pay the pool heat fees within five days of arrival to ensure the water is at the minimum of 80º F. Although we set the pool heater to 85º F, please realize that even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop below 60, fluctuations in water temps should be expected, and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Normal pool heat temps range from 80-85 and covering the pool at night helps keep the water warm during chilly nights. Only the homeowner is permitted to turn on the pool heat or adjust the temperature. Any tampering with pool heat temperature settings will result in additional charges.
