Welcome to Ashram at Montrose (Heated pool), a fully immersive tranquil retreat, located in the historic Montrose area of Houston, Texas, known for its diversity. Additional rules
1. Local residents must contact us before booking.
2. No parties or events are allowed without prior authorization. Violators will be charged $500.
3. No more than 8 ppl can be at the house at any given time whether staying over or visiting. Violators will be charged $500.
4. Guests must provide their contact number.
5. No smoking, vaping, fire, marijuana, candles, incense, or sage inside the house. Violators will be charged $100 per day. House is equipped with smoke detectors.
6. No pets are allowed in the property. Owner is allergic to pets. Violators will be removed w/o refund.
7. A $50 late check-out fee applies for check-outs after 11 AM unless approved by host.
8. A small deposit hold will be placed on your credit card to cover any accidental damage, it will be released after check-out. “Airbnb Controlled”.
9. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee.
10. Vandalized items will be charged accordingly.
11. Guest must confirm that they read and accept house rules upon booking.
12. If children are to be present , guest must notify us at booking.
13. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area. Guest must consent via Airbnb’s built-in messaging system at booking as follows: “ I am aware and will comply with house rules to have children supervise AT ALL times in the pool area”.
14. No intimate acts are allowed in the pool. Violators will be charged $1500 for decommissioning, cleaning & loss of revenue.
15. Do not sit or stand on the pool deck.
16. We like when guests enjoy our home. If you have a request, and the timing and rules allow it, we're flexible. Just ask. Enjoy your time at the House.
