Our "Möwenblick" captain's house is located on Alexandrinenstraße, right next to the Alter Strom in Warnemünde (about 50 m away). The house, which has a completely separate entrance, was newly built in 1996 and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Located near the central church square, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from here to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping options are right nearby. Here, you’ll be right in the heart of things—yet in a very quiet setting. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Running parallel to the Alter Strom (approx. 50 m), you’ll find our “Möwenblick” Captain’s House on Alexandrinenstraße. The house, which has a completely separate entrance, was newly built in 1996 and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Located near the central church square, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from here to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping options are right nearby. Here you’ll be right in the heart of it all—yet in a very quiet setting.

This exceptional, stylishly furnished vacation home, measuring approximately 60 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The comfortably equipped vacation home spans the first floor, first floor, and attic. The first floor features a coat closet and storage space for your luggage. The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. A bright dining area seats 4 people. The first floor also features a spacious and cozy living room with a radio/CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and large French doors leading to the balcony. In addition to the two leather sleeper sofas, there is a large flat-screen TV. The spacious bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and a reading nook (with a second TV), as well as a small walk-in closet with a safe; there is also a spacious shower room with a hair dryer and a washer/dryer. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and is reserved for non-smokers. From the small balcony, you can enjoy the charm of Warnemünde’s old fishermen’s houses and the afternoon and evening sun while sipping a glass of fine wine.


The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

A parking space is available in the Kurhaus underground garage for a fee.

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
