The space
Your dog is welcome in this family-friendly condo in a pretty, pale aqua building with multiple units. It's part of a large, friendly residential community south of Downtown Colorado Springs, near Fort Carson and Peterson Space Force Base.

You may enter through a front door that overlooks a stunning mountain view, or pull into your 2-car garage at the rear of the building with an interior door that connects to the kitchen. Unloading groceries from the car will be a breeze, no matter what the weather.

The front door opens into a warm, welcoming open concept living area with a decorative wall featuring an abstract mountain mural. A plush 3-seater sofa with a built-in chaise and matching ottoman is loaded with throw pillows for snuggling in and watching your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted Roku TV. Help yourself to shelves of family-friendly games.

An extra-long breakfast bar with seating for 6 divides the sitting area from the cooking center of the kitchen. The kitchen is a pleasantly open space that makes for good workflow, with plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a double-basin sink. A suite of full-size stainless steel appliances includes a side by side refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water dispenser, a range with cooktop and oven, a microwave and dishwasher. Lots of little details will make you feel right at home, including a hot beverage maker, toaster, tea kettle, stocked spice rack and more. Roll up your sleeves and get cooking!

Immediately off of the kitchen, an extra-spacious powder room with a wide door is suitable for those who use a wheelchair or walker.

A full-size washer and dryer on the second floor make putting away the laundry a simpler chore. You’ll find them tucked discreetly behind their own door at the top of the stairs.

The largest of the three bedrooms on the second floor in this townhome is a suite with its own private bath, a walk-in closet, and a Roku TV. It makes an immediate impression, thanks to a stunning king size bed with a rich peacock blue upholstered headboard. The bed is flanked by two windows and large nightstands with drawers. Additionally, the room is appointed with a large dresser and a refined yet comfortable work space that includes a desk, desk chair, and bookshelves. The private bath includes a combination tub/shower and a vanity with storage below, and a generous, well-lit mirror above, plus a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor are destined to impress with their casual elegance. Each features a queen size bed with a padded leather headboard, two large nightstands, a Roku TV, dresser, and closet.

A full bath in the hall offers a combination tub/shower and a mirrored vanity with storage.

Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($150 for one dog, $200 for 2 dogs). Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds or furniture. No pets other than dogs allowed. Please pickup after your dogs as we are currently reviving our grass. Thank you!

Type of Cooling for the Home:
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
