This is a new listing for me but has been a Guest Favorite for years.

You will enjoy staying in this upscale house with a splash of country, surrounded by natural beauty.
Plenty of room to spread out between the open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, and the French doors leading to the landscaped back yard. You can relax by the stove or play pool with friends. The neighborhood is lovely to walk in.

As the case with most rentals we only have a smart TV and NO cable so don't forget your passwords to log into your accounts.
*No Smoking or Vaping in or around the house! No fires! Violation will result in a $1,000- fine and you will forfeit your stay.
*You may be greeted by the neighborhood dogs however if this concerns you please let me know & I'll have the owner keep them pinned up.
*Wi-Fi may be weak or go out on occasion, we wish we had better options. (this is rare)
*The thermostat is set to reasonable limits to conserve energy.
*Power outages can occur without warning & we do not have a backup source of energy. We will do our best to keep you informed & comfortable if this happens. (this is rare)
*We do NOT have an EV charger, Oakhurst has several locations for this.
*We have active wildlife in the area, so please take a minute to educate yourself on how to handle it if you come in contact.
*We recommend bringing a good supply of bug repellent for the mosquitoes in the warmer months.
*This is a very well-maintained home, and we pride ourselves on keeping it a 5-star stay. This would NOT be the place for you if you want to party or ignore the rules.
*Pets are welcome, but please read the rules.
*Be quick about putting groceries in the fridge; otherwise, it can take hours to cool again. (This is standard for all fridges)
