I prefer to give my guests privacy (I live a short drive away) — you’ll have the place to yourselves — but I'm available by message, text, or call if you need anything. I typically check in with guests a day or two after arrival to make sure everything’s going smoothly.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
• Please do a quick sweep for personal belongings, including under beds and inside drawers.
• Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11:15 AM.
• Please place all trash in the designated trash cans.
• Please clean any dirty dishes.
• Close and lock garage and patio door. Make sure the sliding gate for the driveway is closed. Leave the following items on kitchen counter: (1) garage remote; (2) sliding gate remote and (3) patio door key.
• Turn off all lights. Close all blinds.
• No other checkout chores required! You do not need to strip beds or start laundry. We simply ask that you leave the home in a generally tidy condition
