Very Comfortable Stay

This is an excellent home. The location is great - a block from the Dallas North Toll road and there are shops (Starbucks, Canes, QT, Taco Bell, etc) all within a quarter mile. The location is very quiet. The home itself is homey and comfortable and clean and the bedrooms are nice and spacious. It has an ensuite for the master which is nice. All in all pretty much what I and I think most people are looking for in a vrbo in a city.

Amazing Stay!!

Our company is close by this location and it was perfect for 3 of our employees to stay while in from out of town. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Steve was an amazing host and stayed in contact to make sure everything perfect and nothing was needed during the stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay and Steve is really great and accommodating.

If you ever want to feel like if you are out in the country away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Could not have asked for a better location and owner. Just so peaceful but convenient to everything you need. Thank you Steve!

Perfect getaway

We rented this house to attend a conference in the area and it was a wonderful place to stay. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable house to relax and hang out in after a long day. There is everything you could want right in the vicinity and Steve was a very gracious host. I highly recommend!

Lovely and comfortable place

We stayed at this property for 4 days. Location was perfect for our needs (mostly in Plano). Owner was very accommodating and responsive to our ever changing demands ( we had to extend our stay). The house is beautifully renovated with all necessary amenities. Beds and beddings were very comfortable.

Great home, awesome location, very clean

We loved everything about this property! We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house was not far from the soccer fields and other restaurants/shopping we wanted to do. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The kids saw a few airplanes take off and they loved it! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Location and nice house

This house is centrally located in an interesting neighborhood of small airplane owners. It is close to shopping and major roads. House is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. Beds and sofas are very comfortable. Kitchen, baths and laundry room are all well equipped.

The Way it Should Be

Wonderful, quiet Air Park property literally minutes from every conceivable amenity. Great "Texas" feel--no Ikea here! The host connected with us quickly upon check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great Stay! Close to Hospital

We were in town for my Surgery at Texas Back Institute. The house was a great place to stay while I recovered. The house was very clean and comfortable. We have rented many houses on VRBO and I have to say this was the cleanest one yet. There are countless places to eat close by if you want to eat out but the kitchen was very well stocked if you want to cook. The owner was very nice and so easy to deal with. He even messaged me to let me know where there were extra pillows to keep me comfortable. If we are ever in town again we will definitely see if this house is available.

No excuses property

From the first contact with Steve, this was an excellent experience. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms and laundry room We rent homes 6 or more times per year in our travels to junior golf tournaments, and even though this is an older home, Steve makes sure all is meticulously clean and you want for nothing You will also love the central QUIET location. I had fears being a small aircraft site that it may be fairly noisy. No fears there either. Bottom line, this is a perfect property if you are going to be in the area!

Quiet location

We appreciated the location as it put us close to the church we attend while we were there and close to where our son lives. We were a little disappointed that the 2nd bathroom had not been updated and the shower was a little too short for our family. The hotspot was spotty and slow for us and didn’t always stretch throughout the house. The bathroom did experience some backup due to rain filling the septic and while we did appreciate the owner dealing with it, it was a little inconvenient for our kids. It was quiet and enjoy being on the private air strip.

wonderful house, highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our stay by the air park! The house has a really nice layout, three nice sized bedrooms with two full baths, a family room, living room and full sized kitchen with dining table for four. The house wasn't huge, but we never felt that we were on top of each other because there were other options outside of the bedrooms. Everything was clean, all utilities worked including the washer and dryer. The sound from the air park was really minimal, and didn't occur at night - we all thought it was fun to be that close to it. There's a Starbucks and LA Fitness within walking distance, and it's a 3-5 minute drive to the Kroger. We had good communication with the owner Steve, and he had put a small Christmas tree up since we were staying over Thanksgiving week, which was a welcoming touch for our arrival. I polled our group as we were leaving and everyone agreed that it was a great place and that we would happily stay there when we are in Plano again. Highly recommend.

Everything you need

We've chosen this house for our New Year trip and it was great. It is conveniently located and close to everything: shopping, entertainment, museums, DFW airport just 30 min away. It even has its own runway on the backyard and you will have fun watching real planes so close :) Neighborhood is great and was well-decorated for the Christmas. Very quiet. The house has everything we needed for a comfort stay: well-stocked kitchen, TV, laundry onsite... A small note about the Internet - it was not very fast and reliable so if you need it (for work or whatever) you may want to have a backup plan. The heater/AC works well, one night it was around 10F outside and we didn't have any issues with that, still was warm inside. Steve is an excellent host and contacted us several times to ensure we're good and have everything we need. Highly recommend!

Great home away from home

Steve’s home is very comfortable and well equipped! We slept very well every night, enjoyed some good family meals there and were also in easy walking distance of some great restaurants. It’s so quiet! Overlooking the air park is a fun experience too. Steve is an excellent host - very responsive to our needs!

Fun location!

This is a great property! It's location was such a fun surprise! Conveniently located near freeways, lots of great eating establishments and shopping, yet on small and secluded street. Our kids loved seeing the airplanes and airstrip! The home was immaculate and perfect for our family. Beds and bedding were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we were able to wash our laundry before heading home. Steve communicated well and made sure we were happy with our stay. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great weekend.

Home away from Home

Our stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed and most importantly it was clean. The home is located in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The owners communicated well and was very accommodating. We hated to leave. Thanks so much for such a great stay.
