This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps up to 9, perfect for families, friends, and luxury mountain getaways. Enjoy two underground parking stalls, private ski and gear storage, a balcony with BBQ, plus a shared rooftop with hot tubs, fire pits, and mountain views. Shops, dining, and the resort shuttle are just steps away.

The space
Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, this spacious, open-concept home offers a refined yet relaxed setting for group stays in Revelstoke. The living area features generous seating and a Smart TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the mountain or exploring town.

Step onto the private balcony, where a full-size barbecue and patio seating invite relaxed outdoor meals and après-ski evenings in the fresh mountain air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample cookware and bakeware, and a large central island—ideal for casual breakfasts or gathering while meals come together. A dedicated dining area provides a welcoming space for shared dinners and conversation.

Three well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms offer privacy and convenience for larger groups, making the layout especially well suited for families or friends traveling together. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and high-quality linens, pillows, & towels are provided throughout the home. Additional sleeping space is available in the living area when needed, without compromising comfort or flow.

With its balanced layout, quality finishes, and practical amenities, the space serves as an inviting home base for ski trips, summer adventures, and four-season stays in Revelstoke.

This is a brand-new development. Some weekday construction may be ongoing in nearby buildings between 8 am–4 pm. The home itself is fully complete, and evenings and weekends are typically very quiet.

Skiing & Snowboarding (Downhill & Nordic)
Revelstoke Mountain Resort is home to the longest lift-served vertical in North America, making it a premier destination for downhill skiing and snowboarding. The resort is part of the Ikon Pass program, and the resort shuttle is a 5-minute walk from the home. For cross-country skiing, the area also offers Nordic trails suitable for a range of skill levels.

Heli-Skiing & Cat-Skiing
Revelstoke is internationally known for heli-skiing and cat-skiing, offering access to deep powder and expansive alpine terrain for advanced skiers and riders.

Snowmobiling
The region features extensive snowmobiling terrain, with access to popular alpine and backcountry riding areas. Revelstoke is considered one of the top snowmobiling destinations in North America.

Golf
Cabot Pacific Golf, a highly anticipated destination course, is opening directly across the street from Mackenzie Village. Additional golf courses are also available within driving distance during the summer season.

Mountain Biking
The Monashee and Selkirk Mountain ranges offer a wide variety of mountain biking trails, from flowy singletrack to technical alpine routes. Revelstoke is a well-known destination for both trail riding and lift-accessed biking.

Road Cycling
Revelstoke’s scenic mountain highways and quieter secondary roads make it an excellent destination for road cycling, with routes suited for endurance rides, climbs, and casual scenic loops.

Hiking
Hiking opportunities range from valley trails to alpine routes with stunning views. Trails are accessible throughout the area for all experience levels. Glacier National Park offers year-round hiking and backcountry access. Mount Revelstoke National Park features the Meadows in the Sky Parkway, allowing visitors to drive from the valley to alpine terrain with trails suitable for all levels.

Around Town
Downtown Revelstoke offers restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, museums, and local attractions, all within a short drive from the village.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the local authorities or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
