Living Area:

Relax on the leather sectional while natural light pours in through the large picture window, framing beautiful views of the red rock mountains. Enjoy entertainment on the 55” Fire TV (Smart TV) with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.



Bedroom 1 (Primary):

Relax in the king-size bed featuring a Tuft and Needle Adaptive Foam Mattress. Enjoy entertainment the 50" Fire TV (Smart TV) and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts. Stay charged with the USB power hub on the nightstand, and utilize the spacious walk-in closet and dedicated work station.



Bedroom 2 & 3:

Both bedrooms boast queen-size beds with Tuft and Needle Adaptive Foam Mattresses. Stay connected with USB power hubs and enjoy ample storage space in the large closets.



Kitchen:

Fully stocked for culinary adventures, our kitchen features modern appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, blender, crockpot and more. Cookware, bakeware, storage containers, and cooler/ice packs are all provided for your convenience.



Dining Room:

Gather around the six-person dining table for meals or game night with provided board games.



Bathrooms:

Refresh in the full bathrooms stocked with complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bathroom 1, adjacent to the primary bedroom, offers a large shower, while Bathroom 2, conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3, features a shower/tub combination.



Laundry Room:

Make use of the washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.



Backyard Space:

Escape to our spacious backyard with stunning red rock views, perfect for stargazing. Enjoy the artificial turf area, string lights, hot tub, propane fire pit, propane grill, corn hole boards, and ladder golf for outdoor fun.

Kanab is a Certified International Dark Sky City — one of the darkest skies in the American Southwest. After a long day at the parks, come home and lie back in the hot tub or stretch out on the turf and look up. On clear nights, the Milky Way is visible with the naked eye. We recommend the SkySafari or Stellarium app if you want to identify what you are seeing. Guests consistently call this one of the most memorable parts of the trip.



Hot Tub:

Indulge in our Jacuzzi J-245 hot tub with seating for up to seven, backlit pillows, multi-colored LED lighting, and various jet configurations including jets for your feet. Our Jacuzzi hot tub is professionally serviced prior to every guest's arrival.

Charge your electric vehicle with our complimentary ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 EV Charger, boasting up to 37 miles per hour charge.
