With five ensuite bedrooms and space for 20, it’s built for groups who want room, comfort, and easy access to the Smokies.

Inside, the main living area feels bright and open, with soaring ceilings, dramatic windows, stylish seating, and a sleek fireplace that gives the space a polished mountain feel. The full kitchen keeps everyone connected with modern appliances, generous counter space, and an easy flow into the dining and living areas. A queen sleeper sofa on the main level adds flexibility for larger groups.

Entertainment is built into the stay without anyone needing to leave the cabin. The game room sets the scene for shuffleboard matches and casual hangouts, while the dedicated movie room gives the group a true theater-style spot for rainy afternoons, sports, or late-night screenings. A lower-level living room with another queen sleeper sofa adds even more room to spread out.

The bedroom layout makes group travel easy. Four king bedrooms each include a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, giving couples and families their own comfortable retreat. The bunk room features two queen-over-queen bunks and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo, creating a practical setup for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Outside, wide decks and covered seating areas bring the Smoky Mountain setting into the stay. Start the morning with coffee and wooded hillside views, then end the day in the outdoor hot tub under the stars. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and carry chains only during heavy snowfall in the winter months. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.
- This home has a fire suppression system.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
- The community is currently undergoing active construction. While we aim to provide a peaceful stay, guests may experience occasional noise or activity during daytime hours.

Parking Details
- Driveway parking available for up to 4 cars directly in front of the home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
