Tropical Tranquility is located on the second floor of the three-story Harbour Master Suites on Dock Street. Covered exterior staircases and walkways provide easy access to each unit. Street parking is available; boat parking is not offered.

Your stay is designed with privacy and convenience in mind. Detailed check-in instructions and amenity information will be provided prior to arrival, and the McCormick Management team is available throughout your stay to assist with any needs.

Situated in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island community offers walking access to downtown shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Enjoy the island’s laid-back charm, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are available for a fun and easy way to explore the area.

Cedar Key is highly walkable, making it effortless to experience the island at your own pace.

Please note: This unit does not allow pets.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
