My new home away from home! Perfect location. Beautiful home dripped with Detroit decor. Very clean and comfortable. Sean was very accessible and very responsive to all my inquiries. Very helpful and accommodating to my additional reservation needs. Definitely will rebook again!!

Perfect condo in Detroit. We had a great trip visiting friends and going to baseball! This condo was a great location…walking distance to the stadium and downtown. So close to great eats! Very clean and located on a quiet street.

One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed at!!! Clean, organized and stylish are words I would used to describe this. Location was perfect and within walking distance for everything from sporting events to local food venues. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Sean is a phenomenal host - incredibly responsive, kind and generous - and the condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you could need and more. The location is perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere - Comerica Park, shops and restaurants, the riverwalk, etc. Highly recommend if you're looking for a Detroit getaway.

Words cannot describe how awesome this property is. It is a block from Little Caesars Arena in a very safe and walkable area of Detroit. The inside of the property is beautiful and was perfect. Loved my stay. Would 100% go back!

Beautiful apartment- had everything we needed (and more). Sean was responsive and sent tips for places to park/eat out in the area. Apartment was spotless and in a nice area of Detroit. 5 min walk to Little Caesars arena with several restaurants nearby.

Sean was absolutely more than accommodating, We had an excellent stay at this condo and would gladly book again. While there was a small hiccup during the check-in process, he responded almost immediately and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. What really stood out was how far he went beyond simply fixing the problem! He genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience from start to finish.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host’s communication, attentiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way they did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay in Detroit!Will be looking forward to booking again in the future as well!

This place is perfection! The host has gone out of his way to thoughtfully provide amenities in this super cool Detroit- themed condo we have not seen at any other vrbo stay. Sean's place is so great, we wanted to stay in rather than go out on the town! Fortunately, we were able to enjoy both during our weekend stay. Parking was a breeze at SOMA (we prepaid on parkWhiz) and location is excellent for being within walking distance of restaurants, bars, sporting events, coffee shops, etc. It's in a quiet part of the neighborhood with respectful neighbors in a gated, safe building. Tall ceilings make the space feel much larger than listed sq ft and the layout is comfortable to hangout. We were greeted warmly with a card and generous Michigan treats. We slept so well here that I noted the brand of bedding! The entire property is very well done and you'll see right away that the host provides only the best for guests. We look forward to our next visit!

There are way tooo many good things to say about this property. The host, phenomenal communication, overly accommodating, and very considerate. The space, private but close to everything. VERY well furnished, nothing cheap, nothing worn down. The amenities, everything you could need or want. Amazing all-around stay. The ONLY PROBLEM has nothing to do with the host or the space, the parking. The host did a phenomenal job of communicating the reality that they can’t change which is downtown parking craziness. There’s a valet lot directly across the street from the entrance. They tried to charge me 160 for ONE NIGHT to park. Crazy. However I caught street parking right out front the next day, and there is a parking structure around the corner that’s not bad as long as the weather is decent. If you can uber to your stay, you’ll have a 20/10 experience since everything is in walking distance once you arrive. If you can’t, it’s still a 10/10

The best stay!!!! The host was very welcoming, responsive, attentive, kind, and detailed. I’ve stayed at many homes when traveling in May different cities, and this one was by far the best. All due to the complete feeling of being at home in your own condo. The communication from the beginning was the best. From where to park, code to get in the gate, and he sent pics to make sure you knew exactly where to find the code gate box etc. The home is beautiful. Better than the pics. The location is the best. Walking distance to all the places you need to walk to such as major arenas and several restaurants. And even if you had to drive somewhere, it’s not far at all. The neighborhood felt very safe as well. If you are in Detroit and if the size of this condo is what you need, it’s the best option. The home had all the amenities of a hotel plus a whole bunch more, such as a kitchen with a waterfall countertop, picture frame tv, and many many more great unique amenities. You will really feel at home here.

I wish I could give more stars for my review because this place is THAT perfect. My husband and I stay downtown often for concerts and games, usually in a hotel, as we're hesitant to rent condos due to concerns over cleanliness, noise, parking, etc. but when we saw Sean's condo we decided this was one we wanted to try. From the second we secured our booking to the time we checked out, every aspect of our experience was perfect. Sean was wonderful with communications and was incredibly quick to answer every question we had. Check-in instructions were complete, detailed and hassle-free. We fell in love as soon as we stepped in the door. Sean made sure there was no stone left unturned when outfitting this GORGEOUS space. Every detail in this condo pays homage to the city of Detroit. You can spend quite a bit of time just looking at the Detroit themed decor and artwork, the knick knacks on the shelves, the multiple books covering all things Detroit...it's obvious there was much thought put into curating the space and it made my heart smile because I love the city of Detroit. Not only is the space beautiful, it is in a great location. Tucked away on a side street just off Woodward keeps the condo quiet and shielded from noise but still convenient to get to restaurants, bars, stadiums and more. There is a bar/restaurant next door (Second Best) but we were never bothered by noise of any kind. We will absolutely be returning to this condo again!

This was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!The host/owner was absolutely phenomenal—kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can tell so much thought and love has gone into creating an unforgettable experience.The condo itself is breathtaking. It’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. Every room feels luxurious while still being warm and inviting. We truly felt pampered from the moment we walked through the door.And the location? It simply doesn’t get any better! You’re right in the heart of Detroit and just minutes (or even a short walk) from all of the major sports arenas, incredible restaurants, cozy cafés, and so many amazing attractions! We didn’t even need our car the whole time!The best way I can describe this stay is that it felt like being at an all-inclusive luxury resort right in downtown Detroit. We had the excitement of the city at our doorstep while enjoying a peaceful, elegant place to relax and recharge.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Detroit, stop searching—you’ve found it. We can’t recommend this condo enough and will absolutely be back. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

Our stay was more than 10 out of 10!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVED everything about the entire place! All of the personal touches, local Detroit snacks and drinks that were provided, also a gift card to a local coffee spot!!! I loved that there was a record player and the local Detroit vintage decor. There were so many things I could go on and on about! Everything was high-end and so very well thought out and taken care of. The location was also super convenient to local restaurants and bars and to the Little Caesars Arena. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone staying there.

We stayed here for a Tiger game and what an amazing place! One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. There were cool little accommodations that made the stay even better. The Detroit history theme and the record player was such a fun touch! Owner was super responsive and very friendly. We will absolutely stay here again!

Known as “Little Paris” for its iconic Victorian mansions, Brush Park has once again flourished into Detroit’s premier neighborhood - filled with some of the city’s hottest restaurants and bars.
