SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 - 1st Floor - Full
Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor - Queen
Bedroom 3 (Primary) - 3rd Floor - King
Bedroom 4 - 3rd Floor - Full
Bedroom 5 - 3rd Floor - Full, Single, and Single (Bunk bed with trundle pull out)
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
7 nights minimum required
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed
Check-in 4:00pm
Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.
Linens, bath towels, and beach towels package is available for purchase at an additional cost $340.80. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine from the HOA
Home is equipped for streaming using your personal accounts. Please note that cable TV is not available.
There are security cameras, which have audio and video monitoring, on the exterior of the property only.
One guest must be at least 25 years of age to book the reservation. Any guest(s) under the age of 25 must be accompanied by the reservationist, a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the reservation.
PARKING:

Overflow parking adjacent to home
Under no circumstances can cars be parked blocking other people's driveways, in front of mailboxes, or on sidewalks or grass.
No RVs/boats/jet skis/campers/trailers/commercial vehicles parked overnight anywhere outside of garages
TRASH:
Trash day is every Thursday, and every other Thursday for recycling (except Holidays)
Trash cans must be pulled out on Wednesday evening (and placed 3 feet apart) and pulled in by Thursday evening
No trash of any kind outside of trash cans
