My husband, daughter and son in law had a wonderful time at Oak Cottage. It’s a fabulous location near the beach on a beautiful street. Our check-in was smooth and easy. The house is very clean and quaint. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The separate 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for my daughter and her husband, as it gave them a bit of privacy. The screened in wrap around porch was so relaxing. We could walk to the boardwalk and shops. I wish that I had brought a bike, it would have allowed for more sightseeing. Our host Debra was accommodating and was available for any questions. We enjoyed our stay at Oak Cottage!

Lovely home close to the beach, shops and boardwalk. The cottage adds an extra private space for overflow friends or family. I highly recommend this rental.

Our family can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Debra's home! It was beautifully decorated and the full wraparound porch was amazing! We spent every night out there playing card games and watching movies. The home is a quick walk to the beach and the back house worked perfectly for our daughter and son-in-law and their two children. They loved having the privacy that it provided.We walked into town every day so there was no need to worry about finding a parking space. Great exercise after dining in one of the many restaurants that we walked to.We have already decided we will be renting this little beach oasis again next year!

Great stay in Rehoboth Beach

Our family enjoyed our week at this house in Rehoboth Beach. We especially loved relaxing on the beautiful, large porch. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great beach house

We had a great stay at Debra's beach house. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the large screened in porch and spent most of our time at the house there.

Hi, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the house. It is the perfect location right off the beaten path but close enough to the action so you're never too far away from it. Everyone loves that screened porch. So many of our guests comment on it. It is a very relaxing space, perfect for those rainy days when there is little else to do, and when you're ready to wind down after a busy day. Family Vacay

We really enjoyed staying at Oak Cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location was great, walkable to the beach and boardwalk. We had plenty of space indoors and outside on the patio and check in was easy and Debra was there to acquaint us to the property.

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at Oak Cottage. We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for many years and love being a few blocks from town and very close to the beach. Oak cottage was very charming and beautifully decorated. We loved the screened porch! Great spot for morning coffee and afternoon naps and looking at the beautiful hydrangeas. There was a lovely space outside for a big family dinners. And the small guest cottage gave adult children their own space. Wonderful stay!

Great fall weekend in RB!

Debra was great and the house/cottage was perfect for our "Big Chill" triathlon getaway! I would love to come back!

Beautifully decorated property, well maintained by charming owner

lovely cottages, convenient to beach and boardwalk, property layout great for extended family. Second cottage super for Grandparents. Very convenient location, walking to beach, restaurants and local stores very doable for all.

Wonderful Home!!

We have the most wonderful time at this home! The location is perfect. So close to the beach and a leisurely walk/bike to the boardwalk. The house is comfortable and perfectly appointed. We hope to go again next year.

Wonderful time!

Location was perfect. Close to the beach, boardwalk and entrance to the bike trail at Cape Henlopen State Park. Quiet neighborhood. Home well maintained.

Close to everything

The property manager was very friendly and attentive. Close to the ocean, boardwalk and bike trail. Furnishings were comfortable and cozy. We had perfect weather to enjoy the outdoor shower. Enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Adorable Cottage and SO close to the beach!!

We loved our stay at Debra's cottage. We have been coming to Rehoboth for years and we think Oak Avenue is far and away the best location in the area. We loved the wrap around porch, the bedrooms, the outdoor showers and the incredible amount of outdoor space. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!!

Just what we were looking for

We were very fortunate to rent The Pines. It is your dream Rehoboth cottage. Wide wrap around porch, well equipped kitchen, and comfy furniture. The yard is beautifully planted, the proximity to the beach allowed for casual strolls after dinner. Quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to the downtown restaurants…I hope to return many times.

Great Location, Great House

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway before the high season in Rehoboth, and The Pines was perfect. Steps to a beautiful and quiet beach, walking distance to restaurants and downtown, and fully equipped to feel "home" at the shore. A true cottage oasis. This is an area of town we weren't familiar with, but fell in love with. We look forward to returning to The Pines!

Lovely cottage

Stayed several times at this cottage for a ladies weekend and we’ve always been pleased. It is always clean and tidy and very welcoming. We noticed updates to the decor this time. The owner is very easy to reach and quite accommodating. The location is perfect. We love sitting on the cozy porch where we can hear the ocean. Highly recommend!

Sparkling clean home, spacious and thoughtfully appointed

We had a wonderful time from check in to check out. Treated kindly by manage and owner.The appliances, the rugs, the bed pillowsAnd the linens were spit spot. Even the baseboards were sparkling white! It’s a rare rental that looks better in person than the ad. In addition, we were just five houses from the beach and that alone is worth every penny. First Vacation in Rehoboth Beach- Can’t wait to go back to The Pines!

Three generations of our family stayed at Debra’s gem of a vacation home and had the time of our lives. Location, Location, Location!!! The easy walk to the beautiful beach and returns from the beach to the outdoor showers and large patio made for perfect days. Everyone enjoyed the huge wraparound screened porch and when it got too hot the central air and well equipped home (2!) & kitchen was a welcome haven. Everyone voted to return!
