This unit is TERRIBLE. Do not rent it. The pictures were very deceiving. The whole condo is extremely banged up-there is paint chipping off of everything, holes in the walls, the floor is old and dirty. The bathroom cabinets and tub/shower units are original and in very bad shape. The cabinet in the Master bath is completely rotten on the bottom and crumbling apart-it had old dirt and q-tips stuck in the base board area. The shower/bath floor had a crack in it that was obviously leaking bc the floor was bubbled up under the tub. There was old dust and dirt in every corner. The sliding glass doors had hand print smudges on them. The kitchen cabinets were also gross and the base was crumbling part or had been chewed on by rodents. I killed a small roach on the sofa and decided we couldn't stay there. There is gross old carpeting the bedrooms...the list goes on. When we arrived, the cleaning "inspector" was there using the restroom and left the toilet seat dirty. We tried to communicate with management several times to tell them we were leaving and they didn't respond. Do yourself a favor and pick something else...there are plenty of nicer places in OB. We went to the Staybridge suites at the Wharff and left a day early. HUGE disappointment-we have requested a refund but of course haven't heard from Expedia.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. I’m very sorry your stay fell so far short of expectations — the cleanliness, pest issues, damaged/rotten fixtures, and lack of timely response are unacceptable. I’ve escalated everything to our operations and owner for immediate investigation and corrective action: - Schedule a full deep-clean of the unit, including steam-cleaning or replacement of affected carpeting and laundering/replacing all linens. - Arrange a professional pest inspection/treatment and remove/replace any contaminated furniture. - Inspect and repair/replace the master bath cabinet, tub/shower base, and any subfloor damage from leaks; investigate and fix the cracked shower/bath floor and bubbling. - Replace or repair damaged kitchen cabinets and any wood chewed or compromised by rodents; perform a full pest-entry inspection and sealing. - Patch, repaint and repair holes and chipped surfaces; perform a thorough wipe-down of all glass and high-touch areas. - Review the unit photos/descriptions to ensure accuracy and update if anything is misleading. - Investigate the cleaning-inspector conduct and our communication logs; retrain staff and improve our response procedures so messages are answered promptly. Please share photos, videos, and any additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and complete the investigation. We will review your stay for appropriate compensation once that review is finished. Again, I’m very sorry this happened and appreciate the feedback.
