Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo itself, the beachfront location, and the outdoor pool that the kids loved. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the check-in and check-out process. We understand that after a long drive, especially with children, having to travel to a separate location for keys can be an inconvenience and impact the start and end of your vacation. We appreciate you sharing this experience, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue working to improve the guest experience and communication around arrival procedures. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience for you in the future.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly regret that your stay started with such an inconvenience. Being notified about the A/C issue after check-in and then needing to relocate is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We want to assure you that we do not knowingly place guests in a unit with a non-working A/C, and we sincerely apologize for how this situation unfolded. While we did our best to have a technician respond quickly, we understand how frustrating it must have been when the issue couldn’t be resolved right away and you had to move to another condo. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we’ll be reviewing this situation with our team to improve communication and ensure issues like this are handled more proactively in the future.
