The Space:

Welcome to Seashore Escape - a beautifully updated direct oceanfront condo in A Summer Place building, located in the highly sought-after Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Wake up to the sound of waves, enjoy coffee on your private balcony, and spend your days just steps from the sand.



NOTE: The 3rd bed in Bedroom 2 is a roll away fold up bed.



Cleanliness & Check-In: Your comfort is our priority. The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay, and contact-free check-in makes arrival seamless.



Family-Friendly Amenities: Traveling with little ones? Seashore Escape is thoughtfully equipped for families, including outlet safety covers, a Pack ’n Play, white noise machine, baby monitor, children’s games and books, and a selection of beach toys available for guest use.



Parking: Free, easy access private parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes provided). HOA restrictions apply (no motorcycles, golf carts, trailers or boats).



Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 1st level so only approximately 10 stairs are required.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots, and pans. Coffee lovers will enjoy a Keurig drip coffee maker as well as a Nespresso Gran Lattissima espresso and specialty drink machine.



Family room: Spacious and comfortable with oceanfront views - perfect for relaxing after a beach day.



Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds - perfect for kids or additional guests. There is an additional twin ROLLAWAY bed in the closet that can be used by guests.



Bathroom 2: Full hallway bathroom.



Balcony: Private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views - ideal for sunrise coffee and evening breezes.



Pool: Shared outdoor pool within the complex.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Outdoor showers are available throughout the property to rinse off sand. Beach chairs are provided, and a ground-level outdoor storage locker is available for conveniently storing beach gear during your stay.



Entertainment: Smart TVs are located in the family room and both bedrooms, allowing guests to log into Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and other streaming apps. Enjoy access to 140 channels of cable as well.



Work From the Beach: Need to stay connected? The condo includes a foldable work desk and chair, along with high-speed internet, making it easy to work remotely with an ocean view.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a thorough clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire condo, plus access to the shared community pool.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 2.5 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Max guest count is 5. No smoking permitted on the property.



Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 3rd Friday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
