Relax on loungers in the shade, get some sun, or take a nap in the hammock. A private boat dock* means you can swim in the canal, launch kayaks, cast a line, or head out for a boating adventure. For more fun, light the firepit for s'mores or head to the main deck to grill dinner and sip cocktails around the fire table.

This chic rental features upgraded amenities, cool beach decor, sleek appliances, nice outdoor spaces, and easy access to the best of Perdido Key on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Across the 5 bedrooms, find 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 2 twin bunks. There's space for up to 12 guests, so it's perfect for the whole family or a group of friends. Enjoy TVs and outdoor spaces overlooking the water in the 2 primary suites plus a fun nautical theme in the bunk room!

Important Notes
• The driveway is gravel and can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

• *The boat lift on the dock is currently inoperable. While the dock is fully accessible, please do not attempt to use or operate the boat lift for any reason.

• Please note the cleaning schedule for the outdoor swimming pool differs based on the season due to changing occupancy levels. Fall through early spring (mid-September to mid-May), the pool is typically serviced weekly. Mid-spring through summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day), the pool is typically serviced biweekly (twice per week). No matter the season, natural debris may enter the pool between cleanings, such as sand and tree blooms, due to its location on the canal alongside unpredictable weather and/or wind patterns.

• While natural debris cannot be completely avoided, please know that our regular maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool creates a safe and enjoyable experience. There is a pool skimmer for use as needed. We also recommend avoiding the sand area when using the pool to help prevent the introduction of any further debris during your stay.
