Immerse yourself into a one of a kind family mountain experience at "Copper's Den"! This brand new & stylish family retreat sleeps up to 14! You'll live and breathe the true mountain experience..that feeling of being tucked away quietly on top of the tree tops overlooking the beautiful forest & mountains from the 3 decks (2 heated) yet minutes to the fun of Blowing Rock, Boone, App Ski, Tweetsie etc. With a game room (arcade, pool table, foosball, hot tub, movies), your kids won't want to leave!

Copper's Den is the ideal multi-family, dog loving retreat sleeping up to 14 guests!

Perched up on a hill-side in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking the treetops and offering dreamy views this brand new & stylish retreat will allow you and your family to create wonderful memories during any season of the year.



This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home features multiple and versatile sleeping options:





On the First/ main level:



The Master Suite sleeping 2 with a king size bed is located on the main level floor (no stairs to climb!) and offers a private ensuite bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated in warm and natural colors and the windows direct your eyes to an amazing view into the trees and mountains in the distance. The large ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, extra storage space and a private washer and dryer.



On the second level:



Head downstairs to the lower level and you will find 3 additional bedrooms. One gorgeous room with a second king size bed sleeping 2 and ensuite bathroom, a modern bathtub/ shower and your second washer and dryer.



Adjacent is a room with a queen size bed sleeping 2. Warm blue and oak colorings make this room extra cozy. It too features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The third and final room on this floor offers a versatile bunkbed with a lower queen size sleeping 2 and an upper full bed sleeping 2 (young kids up to 10 years of age for the upper bed). For those families with younger children this room may be very useful. This room overlooks the backyard and presents a view into the trees and distant mountain tops.



On the third level:



Finally heading down to the third level you will find one last bedroom with 2 twin bunkbeds sleeping 4. It's the ultimate space of dreams for those older kids and teenagers who love that little bit of independence! Plus it's next to the game room, what could be better than that?! There is another full bathroom with bathtub and, yes, you guessed it...another washer and dryer!



All beds are equipped with high quality foam mattresses and we provide 100% cotton linens and soap dispensers throughout the house.

We also provide towels and a "starter- kit" for each reservation, set out for you upon arrival:

- toilet paper rolls in each bathroom

- trash bags

- dish sponge

- dishwasher pods

- laundry detergent pods



In an UNBEATABLE LOCATION, just a short 5- 8 minute drive to either Blowing Rock or Boone, this home is only minutes away from all the fun the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer including App Ski resort, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain and countless other attractions.



You may not want to leave Copper's Den once you have arrived though! This gorgeous new family retreat offers a sprawling and beautiful space for you and your extended family to enjoy (over 3000sqft!). From a fully stocked modern kitchen overlooking a large family room with smart TV, a secondary family room on the second level also with a smart TV to a large "fully charged game room" (a wet-bar, pool/ ping pong table, foosball table, arcade game, mini "over- the-door" basketball hoop, board games, movie theater) on the third level you and your kids won't ever run out of things to do!



To enjoy the beautiful views and mountain air, “Copper’s Den” offers 3 large beautiful decks with views of the Blue Ridge mountains!

On the top deck, seating for 10+ to enjoy dinner on a beautiful evening. On the 2nd floor, find a comfortable seating area and a tabletop gas fire pit. On the lowest floor, a 6 person jacuzzi with access to the outdoor fire pit awaits you.



As mentioned before the home is equipped with a washer & dryer on each of the 3 levels (3 sets of washer& dryer in total) which can really make things easy with multiple families and those longer stays!



We allow 2 furry friends up to 60lbs (additional fee per dog).



The home is located at the very end of the road so there is no thru traffic and a total of 5 cars can comfortably park on its property. An added feature is a private Tesla charging station in front of the house for those sporting this type of electric vehicle! The road leading up to the home is paved and managed BUT 4-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter/ snow season.



An amazing outdoor fire pit area conveniently located a few steps from the lowest level with the jacuzzi lets you step into nature and peacefully relax by a fire or roast marshmallows together with your kids, family and friends.



If you are looking for a home to stay while attending App State seasonal games, hit the ski slopes at App Ski Resort, explore Boone or Blowing Rock and its wonderful restaurants and eclectic shops, are looking for lots of fun kids' stuff to do such as Tweetsie Railroad or simply staying put and relaxing while your kids enjoy endless entertainment...Copper's Den has it all and is the place for you!

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES, please read before booking, thank you!

- Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the house, on the front patio, any of the back patios, by the fire pit or anywhere else on or near the premises.



- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.



- No parties onsite or group event allowed, no exceptions!



- Cameras are installed overlooking the front porch and the lowest deck overlooking the backyard/ fire pit.



- Up to two dogs are allowed (additional charge). No other pets allowed.



- Parking for up to 5 cars.



- The road to the home is paved and managed BUT 4-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter/ snow season. No refunds will be given for inclement weather cancellations.



- Please keep the property and furnishings in good condition, as you found them. In case of loss or damage an appropriate fee will be charged.



- Linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged per item.



- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or its facilities including any of the outdoor decks, hot tub or backyard/ fire pit area. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.



- Main guest must be 26 minimum age.



- Hot tub rules are posted by the hot tub, Please review prior to use! It is crucial to follow all listed rules to ensure your safety. If the hot tub has to be drained and deep cleaned/sanitized after your stay due to misuse/ negligent use a $350 fee will be charged. Host/ Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries/ accidents occurring on any of the decks or while using the hot tubs. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and acknowledge & accept the listed fee of $350 if such cleaning should be necessary.



- There are NO elevators. This property has three levels and stairs need to be climbed to access these. Caution is urged to avoid tripping and injury while climbing stairs. Host is not responsible for any injuries/ accidents.



- Rules for the usage of the outdoor fire pit are posted by the hot tub, Please review prior to use!



- The owner/ host is not responsible for any injuries/ accidents occurring during the use of any of the fire pits & fire features inside or outside around the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.



- The property has outdoor spaces, steep terrain and high decks that may not be suitable for children, especially without supervision. Should you have concerns please don't hesitate to contact the host prior to your stay for further information and clarification and to find the best suited accommodation for you and your family.
