Other things to note
Access to the home involves parking on the grassy area outside the metal fence and walking up to the door. Pass the house and turn towards the left towards the grassy area. Park in front of the black metal fence and enter through the fence to access the studio.

You may see the resident out working in the yard or enjoying coffee on the screened porch. You are welcome to enjoy the open-air patio.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the apartment. There is a patio set outside where you may sit and smoke.
