With access to the neighborhood association’s Green Lake beach, swim dock and launch just a short stroll away and kayaks provided, you have a front-row seat to one of the region's best all-sports lakes.
The Amenities
We’ve stocked the "Adventure Gear Cupboard" and garage with everything you need to enjoy the Up North lifestyle—no rental fees required!
• Water Fun: 2 Kayaks, 8 plush beach towels, 2 beach mats, 2 beach chairs, and a portable cooler plus a handy wagon to make your stroll to the water pleasant.
• Sport & Play: Pickleball equipment (to use at nearby Green Lake Park courts), 2 fishing poles, and Disc Golf gear.
• On Two Wheels: 2 Guest bicycles and helmets for local cruising (additional rentals available in Traverse City).
• Backyard Oasis: Private fire pit with Adirondack seating and a gas grill for evening cookouts. Local tip, bring home a bottle of locally made wine, mead or beer to make your evening as “Up North” as it gets.
• Indoor Entertainment: Basement game table, a curated collection of board games, and a Smart TV with streaming services.
• The Essentials: Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station, coffee essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens / bedding, towels, basic toiletries, blackout curtains, washer and dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels.
