Hello, we are Susan and Don from Ohio. Our parents have lived in Bonita Bay for over 20 years. As our family is growing with grandchildren now, we thought it would be nice to have additional space for our visits. We are looking forward to spending time in this gorgeous condo!

Bonita Bay is a well planned gated community. We appreciate the beautiful landscaping year round. The beach club makes this location unique. A private club located directly on the Gulf is available to all guests too. Chairs, umbrellas and restrooms are provided. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, watch dolphins frolic or just relax on the beach.
The community has miles of bike paths, numerous parks, kayaks, canoes available. There is also a marina and restaurant within the community.
Located just 25 minutes from the airport (RSW) it’s an easy drive to the condo. There is plenty of shopping and golf close by.

Our condo was renovated in 2022/2023. Bathrooms were updated, whole place painted, new flooring, new appliances in kitchen. It reflects our personal style of calm, relaxing coastal vibes.
