PRIVATE BEACH NOW OPEN AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL!

Shuttle to Bonita Bay’s New Beautiful Beach Park. Shuttle pick up available right at Wild Pines.

This is a large 2 bedroom/2 bath completely renovated corner ground floor unit with a wrap around lanai offering lake views from every room. Located in Wild Pines within the exclusive gated community of Bonita Bay

Master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen “smart” tv. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen tv with Roku. Family room offers a pull out couch with a flat screen "smart" tv. Each bedroom has a private bath and large slider leading to the lanai. The unit has high speed fiber optic internet with wifi, linens, beach towels and 4 tennis rackets.

Wild Pines heated pool, spa and tennis courts are just across the parking lot. There is also a newly renovated pool house with picnic tables and a refrigerator for your use. Gas grills are located at the pool, in the parking lot near the unit and also at the private beach.

Bonita Bay is a certified Audubon sanctuary with 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking, and jogging. Three parks within the community offer tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, playgrounds, picnic areas, butterfly garden, boardwalk to the back bay and complementary canoes & kayaks. There is also a marina and Backwater Jacks restaurant.

Bonita Bay has something for everyone and the proximity to the airport, restaurants, shopping and fine dining can't be beat.

This was our tenth year at Bonita Bay and our third in Wild Pines. The condo was very clean and attractive. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and peaceful. Relative spent one night with us and they were very impressed with the property.

The property was very nice and clean and well stocked with towels, some kitchen condiments ( olive oil , salt, pepper, other spices). The pots/ pans were nice - not beat up or scratched. Grill in parking lot was nice (the igniter needs to be replaced- we replaced the battery but that wasn’t the problem). Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were nice so we could explore other beaches- sanibel, Naples, etc. The bikes were ok- they worked. Tennis rackets were not used unfortunately- too much to do! But they were provided which is nice. Great place overall.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. Very clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with essentials. The bikes that were available were perfect for exploring the parks and complex. Free shuttle to the beach a bonus. Robyn is quick to respond and remedy any problems that arise. Would definitely book this place again!

Amazing Week in Bonita Bay

Condo was better than advertised. Very clean. Updated appliances and fixtures. Communication with host was great. Very easy checkin. Condo is roomy and was generally very quiet. Would rent again next year but someone else has already booked.

Beautiful condo in a great Location

Everything was just as pictured and advertised. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood pool and the bicycles. The property owner was easy to reach. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Great Condo, Responsive host

This was our first VRBO experience and we were pleased to find everything to be exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We loved this condo in Bonita Bay! Robyn was extremely responsive and helpful with answering any questions we had. The grounds of the Wild Pines are beautiful and Bonita Bay has tons of walking and biking trails. We found the Beach Shuttle (runs during peak season) to be easy and convenient. The Wild Pines is within walking distance of The Promenade where there are lots of dining options. We look forward to staying here again!

Great experience

Super clean condo with every amenity you will need for a great stay. Beautiful landscaping. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Perfect stay! Definitely would recommend to anyone and we hope to visit again.

Great Condo in a Great Location

Robyn was our host and was very communicative throughout our planning process and stay. The condo had more amenities than what I expected and much to offer for the pool and beach. The condo was very clean and had a binder with rules and how the shuttle runs to beach etc. It also had info on restaurants, site seeing, water sports etc. Smart TV had tons of channels and a tv in each bedroom. Loved sitting on lanai each morning and evening enjoying coffee and cocktails. Highly recommend this condo.

My family and I fell in love with Bonita Bay when visiting a few years ago and now vacation here exclusively.

The views of the lake from this unit and the privacy it affords together with ground floor access make this a wonderful, unique place. Wild Pines is a small complex so the pool and tennnis courts are just across the parking lot. The shuttle to the private beach is close and convenient and we love that the beach has chairs and umbrellas so that all we need are beach towels, sunscreen and a good book.

We also love the gated, secure community of Bonita Bay with its miles of trails for walking/biking, and it's varied parks. In addition, we love walking or biking to The Promenade. It's proximity to the community is wonderful and you can shop or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
