Rooms with a view!

Absolutely breathtaking views of sunsets over the water from this 11th floor condo. Everything was perfect for quiet reflective times. Wonderful beach walks, quiet private beach, heated pool, close to a great fish market and many wonderful restaurants! Owner, Elif, is so kind and accommodating.

Condo with beach view

Very nice condo on the 11th floor with a great view of the gulf. Next to a trolley stop for a ride to Siesta Key village. Close to Captain Kurt's, with the best clam chowder in town.

Two beautiful weeks in Siesta Key

We thought the condo was very nice and well decorated. The furniture and appliances were very nice as well. We have 2 suggestions. One, if you are going to stay with carpeting have it cleaned. There are stains near the entry to the kitchen and front door. Second, have instructions for how to turn on the TV for guests. We had to email the owner. The property, pool and beach were very nice as well.

Great Location, Great View, Great Beach

We just recently completed our February 2018 month-long stay. We found the unit to be everything and more than we expected. A few renovations were recently completed and the unit was clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is incredible. There is easy beach access. Everything on the Key is within walking or bike riding distance. Elif was easy to work with, took care of all of our needs, and checked with us several times that things were going well. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway!

My family and I had an amazing time at Siesta Key this Summer. The apartment was perfect with fabulous views in every room. We are looking forward to staying there next year! The owner was sweet and easy to communicate with.

Great view of a great beach

We stayed at the condo in 2015 and returned in 2016 for 5 week stay. The Seista Key beach one of our favorites. The condo owners are responsive and easy to work with. This condo is very nice and well positioned in the building - being up high makes for a great view. The unit is nicely furnished and has good supply of towels and bed linens. The master bath was recently updat d so it is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils. Grilling takes some planning since you can only grill on the ground floor. During our stay there was some bad weather and the owner called to check on how we were doing and sent a repair person promptly to repair some storm damage which was great. The light colored carpet is high quality but shows dirt easily so you have to be careful. Replacing the carpet with hardwood would definitely make maintenance easier. If this condo had a washer and dryer inside the unit it would be perfect.

Fun in the Sun

Staying in this condo is like visiting family. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped, even included a scale and hand mirror! View was spectacular, one of the highest condos on the beach. We rarely needed a car — within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, with a further hike to the public beach and Siesta Village. Johnny’s Free Ride actually makes a car unnecessary. Clean and spacious — we have already booked our stay for next year.

Great View!

My wife and I and another couple stayed in this condo Feb 13 - 27, 2016. The owner is very easy to work with and responsive to both e-mail and phone calls. The condo is in excellent condition and the view of the beach is spectacular. The only criticism I would have (although not a deal breaker), is the guest bedroom does not have a TV and the living area has carpet. Updated tile or wood floors and addition of a TV in the guest bedroom would really elevate the attractiveness of this condo. All in all, we were very happy with it and have already booked for next year.

Our family, from Ohio, has owned this unit for years. I now live in New York, my brother in Seattle, and my parents in Florida. We love our place in Sarasota, on the beach, and hope you will too. The views are amazing. The beach is amazing.

Beautiful, great views, right on the beach. Walk to restaurants, but still quiet and away from the crowds. We like to keep the unit updated, open, modern, light and well furnished.
