You deserve the kind of convenience our condo offers; don't waste your time dealing with parking hassles, slow elevators, and slippery stairs.

Completely remodeled, featuring beautiful & bright modern open kitchen, new bathrooms with custom tile showers, and washer & dryer. This condo has a great Florida vacation vibe with a family friendly layout. Unlike most properties on the island, this condo is ground level making it super convenient to walk in/out. There are (3) Smart TVs with Direct TV subscriptions or use your favorite app. The kitchen is fully furnished with amenities of home. There are (2) full bathrooms, including a master bath in the back bedroom. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed and reading chair plus very large closet augmented by a large dresser unit. The front bedroom has (2) Queen beds and features a closet and a large dresser unit. Our condo has updated hurricane doors and windows, which are nearly soundproof allowing you to sleep peacefully.

This condo has a south-facing walk-out patio that receives incredible amounts of sun year round. The sun is never blocked by nearby high-rises. The space surrounding the patio is referred to as a 'garden setting' and offers seclusion and privacy that units near pools and heavy-traffic walkways do not. The patio is protected from the wind too. On cool or breezy days our patio will feel 10-20 degrees warmer than the beach. We have (4) swivel rocking chairs, table, and umbrella for relaxing/dining/remotely working experiences. There is a very large stainless outdoor gas grill located nearby and (2) more at the beach for your use.

The property is on the Gulf side of the island -- no need to cross any streets or deal with parking hassles. You have an easy walk through the "garden" to the beach (~5 mins). There are also (3) pools on the property. The closest pool is usually the warmest.

You will love the convenient parking directly at the door of the unit. No need to haul luggage and groceries up stairs or bother with elevators. The condo includes parking space for two small vehicles or one large SUV/truck.

Digital door lock (no carrying keys) plus Wi-Fi

The condo is equipped with beach gear (can vary by season). We have private folding chairs, a beach umbrella(s), boogie boards, foam pool floats, toys, and a awesome beach wagon to haul everything around. Please rinse them off and return them to the condo daily and once your stay concludes so future guests also can enjoy them.

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for over 40 years and owned this condo since 2000. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The nearby Siesta Village offers good food and entertainment. The island has a free trolley-bus system enabling you to shop, dine, sight-see easily. There are also 'free' taxis where drivers work for tips, making getting around remarkably simple.

If you would like to rent but need a special consideration, please contact me as we are flexible to some extent. We accept alternate payments options as a service to guests to reduce fees.

**peak season rentals run Saturday to Saturday (late summer/fall check-in dates can vary). Must be 25 years old to rent per condo bi-laws**

Fantastic Stay with Perfect Location and Great Value

I absolutely loved my stay! The condo was very well-equipped and super clean, and the king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 4-minute walk to the best beach in the USA. I would definitely return and found the value for money excellent.

Great stay

We had a great stay and this was the perfect little place for our family of four. Everything you need is at the house, including a wagon, to take all your stuff to the beach. We did have a car whixh made.it nice to cruiae into town but the trolly is also right across the street. We will definitely be back

Wow Beautiful Beach and very nice area!

James the owner was so easy to work with getting the place reserved for us. James provided us with great information prior to our stay and during our stay. He even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. He supplied beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and even a beach wagon to hall it all to rhe beach. Being this close to the beach was awesome and you can walk to the village. Thanks James

Jamaica Royale

We had a great time and we loved the condo. The beds were comfortable and we had room for everyone. The kitchen was great as we ate most of our meals there (all but two). The patio was great for relaxing, and we used the beach chairs and noodles inside the condo. The information sheet supplied by the owner great resource. The beach was wonderful and having the pools near our condo was a great benefit. The walk was a about 5 minutes to the beach, but there was a guest parking spot right at the beach where we could unload our stuff and then park the van back at the condo. That was a great convenience. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wanted to not only have easy access to a great beach, but great places to eat, jet ski, fish, and boat. The owner, Mr. Gilpin, is great at communication as well.

Awesome beach condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the outside patio. There are beautiful plants and flowers that provided a sweet smelling breeze. The condo is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed this walk as we saw bunnies, birds and friendly neighbors along the way. The walk is flat, very easy, and we got our steps in. The grounds of the condo are quite beautiful and well lit at night for an evening walk. There is a grill and shuffleboard just around the corner.The beach is unbelievably beautiful and the sun sets or spectacular.James is an excellent communicator and we would100% recommend this condo. The surrounding area is beautiful as well. You can take a free trolley into town. We ventured to longboat Key and had a delicious lunch. It was only my husband and I on this trip, but this is an amazing trip for families with children as well. Myakka State Park is in close proximity for those who like a little adventure. We hope to visit again in the future our teenage daughter. Thank you James for a wonderful stay!

Perfectly Perfect!

Everything was as you see it in the pictures--or even better--so many times, what you see is not what you get! James was quickly responsive to any emails we sent or had questions about--even though, we are very familiar with Siesta Key and Sarasota, it was nice to have someone let us know their favorites and insights. While it is a place a bit further back from the beach--it is really only a 6-8 minute walk from the condo--but, when you walk down the corridor in between the condos of Jamaica Royale, it is a very pretty stroll. What was nice about Jamaica Royale as a whole is the community spirit among the residents and visitors--we met people who come every year and those live there part time...everyone is super nice! We have stayed in other condos along this beach area and they are not usually this nice! This condo had all the necessary items one would need in the kitchen for cooking meals and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio--especially early in the mornings. Sheets were nice, beds were comfortable, and lots of space (dressers). We had only one issue, and that was the keyless entry--but, we had 2 sets of keys so it didn't matter--but, I was able to solve the keyless entry and we all found this to be great! no one ever had to take keys to the beach or if we split up, we didn't have to worry about someone getting locked out! Parking was great--space for 2 cars--which we ended up having! in the high season, i'm sure there are more cars, but, we had actually 4 spaces to ourselves since the occupancy was less that week! Thank you James for providing a place that was perfect for our time together!

Siesta key condo at it's finest

I've stayed at this condo multiple times and it never disappoints. We like to come to Siesta for a staycation as we like to call it in Florida. The condo is always very clean and in a perfect location to spend all day at the beach then hit the village up at night for great food and drinks. The beds in the condo are very comfy and they have flat screens in each room. The kitchen is very spacious and serves it's purpose for cooking food if you decide to dine in. There is also a grill onsite that can be used. The patio outside the condo has very nice furniture to just sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and have a cocktail. The owner provides nice beach chairs and other beach gear so you can enjoy one of the Country's top white sand beaches. Parking is another very convenient part of this condo as your car is parked right out front. It makes unloading groceries and luggage a very simple task. The pools at the condo are very nice as well if your beached out. One of the pools has a spectacular view of the beach and is surrounded by beautiful palms and the other is just a short distance away where there is never a lot of people at if you're looking for some privacy. I have just a fee quick tips for going out on the town. Start the night out at the SKOB or the Daiquiri Deck and finish off a great nite at Gilligan's. Getting to the village is very easy. I recommend dialing up Siesta keys free ride. It's a golf cart that will come pick you up free of charge and you just tip them at the end. I highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Siesta Key it's priced right and will make you feel like a home away from home!

Perfect spot

What a great property! Very close to siesta beach/ creacent beach, siesta village, CB fishing charters, jet ski’s. We highly recommend. Family just had 7 wonderful fun in the sun days. Only 20-30 minutes from sarasota airport. The owner james was amazing to deal with. This condo had everything, from coolers, to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. Pick this spot it will make vacation/ navigating very easy.

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place Great Location

This was our first time to Siesta Key. We absolutely LOVED it. Our location to Siesta Key village was only a couple of miles. We enjoyed the golf cart we rented to get around. Everything was clean and check in was soooo easy. The grounds were well maintained. Everyone is sooo nice. Our condo had EVERYTHING including all the beach stuff we needed. It was awesome. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and rooms were spacious except for the bathrooms which were small. Furniture was comfy and that's a big plus as a lot of STR's have crappy, cheap furniture. The host checked in to see if we needed anything, but all was great. I highly recommend this place! :)

Nice and clean condo!

Enjoyed our first trip to Siesta Key with our college age kids and had a great time! Condo was exactly as described and very clean. Complex has 3 nice pools and the beach is amazing! Very close to everything! James was great at communicating everything and checkin was super easy! Would definitely go back!

Clean and comfortable

This unit is clean and the beds are comfortable, you have everything you need as far as beach gear, a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it.

A great spot on a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimaica Royale. The condo was immaculate and we liked our outdoor patio. The beach and 3 pools are awesome. It was a little bit of walk to get to the beach but so worth it.

Great stay at Jamaica Royale

My wife and I booked this unit for 2 weeks in early February-we enjoyed the stay in Jamaica Royale. The unit was clean and everything worked. King size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Medium walk to the beach and neighbors were great. I recommend!

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for (4) decades and relaxing on America's #1 beach. The condo was purchased in about 2000 and has undergone (5) updates since that time. We vacation here 6-12 weeks annually and enjoy having a beachy relaxing space. The condo is owned by my parents (Nancy and Phil), and I manage the VRBO website on their behalf.
