We had a great time staying here. The owner was very helpful both before the trip and while we were there. The penthouse is lovely with lots of space including the huge balcony with the best views of the ocean. Very clean and bright with everything you need on vacation. The best location! We would love to stay again.

This lovely, spacious penthouse condo was exactly as described in the pictures! My family had a lovely stay despite the water service issues in San Juan (which were outside the owner’s control). Miguel was responsive and understanding as he navigated our questions and requests. Perfect Isla Verde location & I hope this unit is available the next time our family travels to San Juan!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every bedroom. The spacious kitchen and leaving area featured large windows overlooking the beach, allowing a refreshing ocean breeze to flow through at all times. The balcony was huge!We also appreciated having a secure underground parking space. The host was responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and clearly throughout our stay.The location was excellent—right on the beach and conveniently close to both the airport and San Juan. The building itself was also very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

We loved our stay here! My husband & 7 month old baby and myself, as well as baby’s grandparents and aunt all visited and had plenty of space! We so appreciated the available items for baby. The pool & easy beach access was so convenient! Location is fantastic - walkable to restaurants and a quick drive to fun attractions such as Old San Juan and El Yunque. Would love to stay here again on another visit!

This apartment is even better than the listing appears. The balcony is huge and offers stunning, peaceful views at every hour of the day. The kitchen is expansive and has everything you need, including super sharp knives (rare). The beds are fantastic and everyone in my family slept well. This is a duplex -- you walk in to the living room and have a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Then, you go upstairs to sleep. The bedrooms are well spaced out so people are not easily disturbed. Two full baths up there. There are a TON of fun games for kids (life-size jenga and connect four and tetris!). There is a full basketball court on the property and you get a basketball, volleyball & football (plus something like prokadima paddles with a whiffle ball). Across the street is a Walgreens with everything you need. Excellent restaurants walkable. I can't say enough about it and I can't imagine returning to Isla Verde and staying anywhere else -- I have rented there at least five times as an adult. The host, Miguel, is almost instantly responsive and does everything he can to assist. The building is secure and well-cared for, and the residents are warm and welcoming. This is where you want to stay.

This penthouse is to die for and has everything you need—steps away from a beautiful beach and a huge pool! We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and had plenty of room in all common areas and bedrooms. The view of the coastline is insane and the big balcony wonderful for eating and lounging. There were water problems in most of San Juan before we arrived (all resolved before we got there) and Miguel was very communicative about updates and left us plenty of water in case we needed it. It felt like he truly went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
