Location !!!!". UPDATED Three Bedroom, Two full baths. The condo is in an upscale COMPLETELY. RENOVATED CONDO HOTEL BUILDING Located on the lovely « Isla Verde Beach. ». 15 Minutes drive to and from the Airport. Taxi s are located at the entrance of the building. The Condo is located in a hight tourist area. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Casino s in most hotels. The condo has a gym and spa and a lobby with restaurant music nightly. The condo itself has an extra large balcony where a view of the pool and ocean is a great place to relax and unwind! I provide WIFI.

NOTE: The swimming pool is under repair and is not available at this time. We are located on the lovely Isla Verde beach. Plenty of wave runners, para sailing and Banana boat rides. I provide beach tags which need to be returned to our condo. They are scarce and we Charged for each one. So please take care of them. Thanks Beach chairs can be purchased on the beach.next door to the El San Juan Hotel Resortk!Beach Front

Our stay at the Isla Verde property was very nice. Maxine’s communication was clear, prompt, and accommodating from booking through our stay. The location is great, with easy beach access and nearby water activity rentals. We’d happily recommend it.

SPACIOUS AND CLEAN

We really liked the apartment we stayed in, it was very spacious, clean and very close to the beach. I recommend it. The only thing we didn't know was that the pool was being remodeled and we didn't know that but everything else was nice.

Great condo

We had a great time in Isla Verde/Carolina. Lots of restaurants near condo and directly on the beach. Host Maxine was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach. Pool not open but everything else was great!

Great location. We didn't rent a car and didn't need one. Taxi and Uber available. Lovely week on the beach in a very nice 3 bedroom condo!

The property is immense and location prime. The beach is conveniently a few steps away and eateries are plentiful. The host was very cooperative and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the entire family. In addition, the property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family. Overall, a great place to enjoy Puerto Rico.

Great location right on beautiful Isla Verde beach. Unit as advertised. Unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were under repair, but a 5 minute walk to the El San Juan hotel with all its amenities. We would stay here again.

Great location on the nicest beach

Very good property that is being renovated. Room is older but clean. Beds are decent. Great AC! All appliances work and having two showers is nice after the beach.

I truely enjoyed the stay in this property. It was unfortunate that the pool was still under constructions but the beach was very close and I walked on the beach almost everyday! I also had a nice run to Piones in the mornings. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.

Disappointed

The hotel and room was clean, however not much going on at the hotel. Pool has been closed for 2 years (per staff) and lobby bar was not open much at all. Like a ghost town in the hotel. Room looked over the pool that looked terrible since It has been empty for so long. Beach view was minimal at best, since the trees have grown up. Overall not a good stay.

Nice Location with Pool and Beach

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo offers access to nice pool and beach and is close to restaurants, activities and San Juan. Lobby of building and pool area are nice but the rest still shows some signs of hurricane damage (nothing overly significant). When you arrive definitely ask for towel cards and wristband for access to beach - we went a couple days without those because we didn’t specifically ask for them. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Beach Paradise

Maxine is a great hostess, she is very accommodating and gracious! We had a great time in Isla Verde. The beach and pool were right there and so much fun! The hotel is still being remodeled but we were not inconvenienced by it at all. The apartment is very comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. Thank you Maxine, we hope to be back soon!

GREAT location, Wonderful host!

The property owner is very accessible and friendly, which makes all the logistics very easy to deal with. As for the property itself, you have the beach right outside the gate, a well-kept and large pool on the 1st floor, a supermarket only a 5-minute walk from the property, and multiple restaurants all next door. You cannot beat this location if you want to avoid having a car in San Juan. Highly recommended for first-time visitors to Puerto Rico, as this place will make your stay east, comfortable, and pleasant!

Gorgeous and spacious beachfront apartment with pool, jacuzzi and hotel lobby! Can’t ask for more!!

We had a wonderful time, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped, the beach is great and the pool and jacuzzi are new! We had everything we needed plus the owner was very caring all the time. Highly recommended for families or group of friends. Location is priceless close to everything you may need. Some renovations are in progress around the building but without any burden to visitors. We will definitely come back!!

Perfect location

Family of 7 in Puerto Rico for a week vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. I had minimal communication with my host which in my eyes is a good thing. Besides asking for towels I didn’t have any issues to discuss with her. Location is perfect. Pool on site and a 3 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location and Beautiful, Spacious Condo

My husband and I have been vacationing in Isla Verde since we were married 38 years ago and have stayed many times in this condo-hotel. Our adult children decided to join us this time with our grandson and the space was perfect for them, beyond everyone's expectations. The unit has an extended patio overlooking the pool with a view of the beach and ocean, an updated kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great vacation

Terrific location, nice view of pool and ocean, and short walk to beach. 3rd floor is convenient. Pool and beach do close early. Small store in building for essentials. There is a bar in lobby and at pool. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Can rent chairs and umbrella at beach. Short Uber to Old San Juan is worth the trip. Unit is clean and has a lot of essentials for cooking, laundry, beach, etc; even a folding grocery cart for shopping. Enjoy.

Almost all good!

We had a wonderful stay on Isla Verde beach. Maxine, our host, was lovely and kind. She let us stay past check out time, made sure we had everything we needed. She was also very responsive before and during our stay. Probably my favorite host ever, The condo was very nice, spacious and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials for cooking and eating. The location was great - handy for restaurants, groceries, etc. The beach was a short jaunt and easily accessed. The only thing I think is important for future travelers to know is that the pool area is bad - while it’s stated it is closed for construction there is clearly no construction happening, and unlikely it will ever be, There is an ocean view if you look past the dilapidated pool. It looks like the pool area was beautiful years ago, but don’t go there hoping that construction is complete! Beyond that one thing it was a great stay. Thank you Maxine!

Most Delightful Host Experience

The property was perfect. There is so much I love about the area. It is next door to the Fairmont, which was ideal as it's my favorite hotel in San Juan, also where I book cabanas on weekends with my kids. It has a beautiful, sandy beach, great for running or lounging on the sand or swimming in the ocean without worry of crashing into a giant rock, like in Condado. I enjoyed sunsets on the balcony almost every night. The host, Maxine, was so sweet and kind, was super prompt in response to any questions I had throughout my stay and made recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Maxine also made sure that I had everything I needed for the home. The property is well cared for and was very comfortable for me and my two children.

The retreat girlfriend’s weekend

Three of us stayed at the retreat and found it to be spacious and comfortable. The view from the patio was lovely (provided you can look beyond the abandoned pool area that is a little of an eye sore unfortunately). Maxine was a gracious host and accommodated an early arrival and an extra night’s stay. Communication was stellar from booking to checkout. We also appreciated the full disclosure that the pool was not working but booked anyway since the beach is literally also right outside the door. Our only suggestion was that a notebook be provided with “helpful hints”. We got the impression that there was one in the house at some point though it wasn’t there during our stay. Maxine answered all our questions promptly so it didn’t take away from our visit though if we’d had it, we might have been able to save her a few texts 😊. Overall a great stay and a very welcoming host.

Spring Break w/ Niece

If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The condo is spacious, super clean, and well-equipped. The ocean view (and soon-to-be fixed pool view) was the perfect backdrop for relaxing. The location was also ideal. We were close to everything — the airport, the mall, Old San Juan, amazing restaurants, and of course, the beach was right there.But what made this trip truly unforgettable was Miss Maxine. I’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never met a host like her. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, and treats you like family from the moment you connect. This trip was special and emotional for me and my niece. We had just lost my brother, her father, about a month before. Miss Maxine knew this and treated us with so much compassion. She helped arrange an early check-in without hesitation and made sure everything was perfect. Her messages, her energy, and her heart brought us a kind of peace that's hard to explain. Talking with her felt like reconnecting with someone you've known your whole life.Miss Maxine, thank you for being the soul behind this stay. You didn’t just open up your condo — you opened up your heart. We’ll never forget this trip, and we’ll absolutely be back. You are an angel. It makes me tear up typing this, but I know my brother is smiling down, grateful his daughter had a chance to smile, relax and have some joy again in her life!

Great area, very convenient

Great spot to stay! Very close to several necessities, grocery within 1/4 mile, and several restaurants. Bar, snack shop, and games area all within the complex. This is the hotel district so all the food prices at restaurants are somewhat inflated. Parking garage with free parking and reserved spot super helpful. Very safe area, no problem walking around at night by yourself. Apartment was spacious and beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the leather furniture instead of cloth especially in a VRBO. Lots of towels available and loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We were a family of 4, two older boys and it worked perfect. Wifi was enough to support our devices, but could use an extender to the back bedroom. There were chairs for the beach and beach toys for littles. We added some inflatable floats to the collection for riding the waves. Clean, but could use a deep clean to get in the corners and in the cabinets. Keep in mind I'm kinda a clean freak. Light switches kinda confusing and craftsmanship on renovations and repairs was not of high quality. Overall would be on my list to stay there again!!

The grandchildren have grown up visiting the Island on special occasions. The staff of the hotel are so nice and always remember our children when we visit. Many of the Hotel staff have been there for years and cannot do enough for guest. We have travelled to India and many countries and love to enjoy cusines from around the world.

I decorate for comfort. I try to think of everything a family visiting would like. I have made a large balcony for comfort. I believe you will be happy and return often. Most guests who rented do request our condo on their next vacation. Most guests love the view and the location of our condo. Directly over the lovely pool, where it is beautiful even after hours when the pool is lighted up and changes colours. I chose this area because it is safe and very cosmopolitan. Tourists love the area with beach and restaurants casino s and hotels 👍👍👍

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I provide internet and wifi My kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and all are new. Not available for less than five days.

The Hotel is all updated and the new owners have done a wonderful job. The Lobby is very active, with a full bar and live music. The restaurant is open and serves at the lobby bar and also room service is provided. We are located on the : Famous Isla Verde Beach" My family and I fell in love with Puerto Rico many years ago and just love it still!
