PRIVATE LIVING with PRIVATE ENTRANCE at end of a quiet street offers rest and RELAXATION. Minutes to medical centers, restaurants, Boonsboro/Rivermont, Downtown; walk to Blackwater Creek Trail. Close to Liberty, Lynchburg University, Randolph College, and Spas!



Inside, guests find a lovely queen bed and a quiet living room with a comfy sofa bed. and an optional tall, comfortable queen self-inflating air mattress. Eggs, bread, shelf-stable milk and cereal as well as complimentary coffee and teas, and pantry staples are provided so you can arrive without worrying about food and start the next leg of your journey with a good breakfast!



Well equipped family room with TV, game cabinet, Fire TV & natural fire-pit with backyard BBQ, and outdoor seating. Quiet neighborhood perfect for dog-walking and fitness buffs.



Soundproofing between walls and floors and well-insulated ensures this is a quiet place to WORK, STUDY, PLAY, FOCUS and RELAX!



The space stays comfortable year-round with central HVAC and supplemental units in each room. Whether you’re relaxing after a day out or catching up on some rest, this awesome spot offers everything you need. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind and relax.



Outside, you'll find a BBQ Gazebo, large fire pit, and next-door access to Blackwater Creek Hillsdale Rd Access. The property is 1/2 mile from Lynchburg General Hospital and Alan Pearson's Cancer Center 5-minutes to downtown, and within 5- to 15-minutes of every college that calls Lynchburg home.



ATTN: travel nurses, locums, professionals/business travelers, intensive study students, internships. residency, college parents, and patients receiving treatment and/or family members, and stay-cation/vacationers.



Although I have very little interaction with guests, I am available to assist, to interact, or to give you space as needed.



Relax in a comfortable TV/game room, BBQ by the huge fire pit, or work at the table in solitude. In-suite laundry, a stocked kitchen, soundproofing and upgraded insulation with climate control options in every room promise to make your stay productive or relaxing for one or for the family. HUGE backyard to walk your dog (large dogs welcome - please bring a crate!) or walk around the secluded neighborhood streets.



Inside, enjoy fiber-optic internet, Fire TV, games, puzzles, and books, or just enjoy the quiet.

This was a great place. If we come to Lynchburg again, we will very likely stay with Lori again.The woods being right outside the door, the generosity with food, and the amount of space all felt perfect.I really like places that are part of another person's home (as long as they're also separate apartments). I like to know I'm supporting a person and not a corporation with my money.

Great location and friendly host, but tight for a larger groupWe had a good stay overall while helping my brother pack up near the University of Lynchburg! The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. The host was incredibly friendly and made a consistent effort to communicate and check in on us during our stay, which we really appreciated. It was also a good setup for our dogs, though it's worth noting for future pet owners that there are two dogs living in the house of the back.While the property is listed as accommodating five people, we found it wasn't very comfortable for a group of our size (we were a family of five: myself, my husband, my parents, and my sister). It is probably best suited for just a couple. We weren't able to find the listed air mattress, so my sister ended up sleeping on a cot we found instead.Beautiful place and a wonderful host, just a bit tight for a larger family!

Cute, secluded property that was close to all I wanted to do. The host was a good communicator. Just a note for those with mobility issues - access would be difficult. Great place, I’d recommend.

This neighborhood, Tate Springs Farms, is a Lynchburg hidden gem! Tucked behind Lynchburg General Hospital, there are only two streets on a peninsula of the Blackwater Creek Nature reserve. There are more wildlife neighbors than human and we're minutes from downtown and popular historic sites.

This is a 1959 home with updated electric and amenities as well as sound-proofing insulation between floors and walls. The property features bright windows, lots of space indoors and out, and above all: privacy! Walk through the backyard to reach the Hillsdale Street access to the popular Blackwater Creek Nature Trails. Plenty of parking on-street, on a dedicated parking pad beside the carport, and in the back yard. Lots of historic details in addition to family games, puzzles, and reading material to help you relax in quiet comfort.
