This condo is located in the very special Ave Maria community next to one of the most spectacular Catholic churches in the world. There are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants at your doorstep, plus fabulous views from your deck. This is also the home of Ave Maria University. Only a very few miles from a large casino if you like to try your luck!

NOTE: Pool and gym facilities only available to long term renters (30 days or more). Pool and gym not available to short term rentals.

A perfect stay in a perfect town!

Staying in a beautiful condo like this has made traveling with (5!) small children so much fun! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was spacious and clean. Easy to get in and out of and everything is in walking distance! The Church and adoration chapel are right across the street. Grocery, restaurants and shops also right outside your door. Highly recommend and we will stay again!

Great stay as expected

I've stayed in this condo before, and it is always a blessing because of its close proximity to all things AVE! Our occasion was graduation with family, so the condo provided comfortable accommodations for that purpose. I wish the third bedroom had a regular bed instead of pull out. Other than that, I am very grateful this was available for our stay.

Dropping teen off at college

This was the perfect place to stay while dropping my daughter off at Ave Maria. The close proximity to the college made helping her move in and get settled very easy. It was also great to spend time in the town of Ave Maria getting familiar with where she will be living for the next four years. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay again when we come down for a visit!

Unclean, unkept, Extremely Disappointed - Look Elsewhere!

My wife and stayed here for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation to enjoy S. Florida weather in March. Condo looks beautiful in online pictures, but was far from it in person. Rarely is the condition of the housing bad enough to ruin a vacation, but this was truly that bad. The floors were disgusting. Not sure when the last time they were cleaned. We quickly got used to wearing socks and flip flops around inside because the floor would turn clean, fresh out of shower feet black after a short walk around inside. The carpeting was heavily stained and sticky. I am not a squimish guy, but these floors were so gross I just wore socks while in doors all the time. The bed sheets had dirt or sand in them, clearly had not been changed from previous guests. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagged weird. We didn’t realize until the last day why, the wood slates that hold the mattress up as part of the bed frame were broke and replaced with a cinder block! That’s right, a cinder block was placed under the bed to hold the slates and mattress up. Garbage had not been taken out from last guest and garbage can was broke. It was one of those step to open cans, but the step was missing so you had to pry the lid open with your fingers each time or if you were brave enough, you could step on the exposed chunk of metal that was sticking out where the step used to be. Almost none of the “amenities” listed available online were actually there. No coffee nor coffee add-ons, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no “assorted cooking spices”. All were listed as available, none were actually present. Not a huge deal, but also not fun to find that out when you actually need those items. The code to gain access to the covered parking didn’t work and the proximity fob to access the elevator didn’t work. The Wi-Fi slowed to a crawl on Friday when we could tell others were arriving in other units. The remotes for the two ceiling fans on the patio were broke, rendering them useless. This place had the cleanliness and maintenance of a frat house. I’m truly disappointed with our stay and feel we wasted our money here. I will be reporting them to VRBO in hopes they can take some action and others will be spared the experience we had. I have pictures to back up these claims, but I’m not sure if I can post them or not. A no name motel would have been a better option than this dump.

Clean, spacious apartment in the heart of Ave Maria

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our stay. JD made check-in seamless for us, and we had everything we needed during our time there.

Nice property in a very quite community

All the amenities. Quite neighborhood for taking walks. Publix just a short distance away (walking distance). Parking and elevator were a bonus. WIFI was very fast.

Beautiful, but doesn’t sleep 6!

The third bedroom is a sleeper sofa, not an actual bed. It was not confortable and we had to rearrange bedrooms with other family members that had other rentals in the area. Other than that, it was a wonderful property with everything you need!

Beautiful, spacious Condominium at Ave Maria

The Last time I posted a review of this condominium, I stated that I hoped to return next year. Our second stay was just as pleasant as the first. We hope to return again to this spacious and beautifully appointed condominium.

What a beautiful and spacious condominium

We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condominium. The pictures of the unit on VRBO do not do it justice. It is very spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet of the area/town and listening to the birds in the morning, as we ate breakfast on your balcony. Everyone in the quaint little town of Ave Maria was so pleasant and eager to offer advice. We hope to return next year.

Returning Guest

This was my second winter in Ave Maria. The condo was excellent. Plenty of light from all of the windows. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Nice long covered deck. The manager on duty was very, very helpful. She made you feel welcomed and at home. Everything was within walking distance. The church is absolutely beautiful. Walking paths around three man made lakes and a very private heated pool for guests. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation, this is the place for you.
