The in-suite bathroom features a Roman tub, his-and-her vanities and an extra-tall tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 26-inch flat-screen TV with cable service and a large closet. The second bath has a glass-enclosed tiled walk-in shower. The den / office is carpeted with double doors, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable service and quickly converts to a third bedroom with the queen-sized sleeper sofa. The unit also has a queen-size roll-away bed.

The unit has ceiling fans in all rooms, window blinds and treatments and is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, washer / dryer, linens and towels, including beach towels.

Some additional features allowing a full enjoyment of life at the Quarry include a gas BBQ grill, stand-up paddle board, 2 bicycles (including his & her bike), 2 tennis rackets, pool toys, and bocce set. And for enjoyable beach outings, beach chairs, an umbrella and large picnic coolers are included.

With almost 1,700 square feet of living space, plus attached two-car garage this Coach Home is a comfortable and spacious retreat.

We only rent by the month per the Quarry HOA.
