3 Doors Down! Near all Daytona has to offer

Hi. My name is Sue and I am a native Floridian. I grew up in the Orlando area but our go to beaches were always Volusia County. I've been living here since 2008 when I returned from Nashville after 14 years. I live 3 doors away (3 Doors Down) from our new rental. We love this neighborhood and I was thrilled to be able to purchase one of my favorite houses in July and turn it into something special. We have totally renovated the home and it is such a relaxing comfortable space. Mark and I both have motorcycles and welcome bikers but hope anyone who rents from us is respectful or our neighbors and use common sense when it comes to the noise level in the evenings. I have been a caregiver to my elderly sister for 8 years which keeps me home most of the time but I don't mind because I love my home. I am hoping to be a 5 star superhost so I appreciate feedback from my guests. This is a new venture for my fiance Mark and myself but it's all been positive so far. Always feel free to contact me. Holly Hill is a central location for all of the Daytona Beach events. 15 minutes from the speedway. 5 minutes from Beach Street, Main Street and The World's Most Famous Beach. 15 minutes from Ormond and Iron Horse Saloon. Close to unique businesses including many restaurants on Beach Street and Granada. About one hour to Orlando and an hour to St. Augustine.

Hopefully you can tell by the pictures what a lovely and relaxing home we have created for you. The neighborhood is quiet and you can easily walk to the river which is only 2 blocks away. We are not on a busy street like Daytona Ave or US1 but both are easily accessible. There is ample covered parking for bikes in the detached garage and between the 2 driveways you can easily park 4 cars or bring your boat and/or trailer.
