The holiday home offers a comfortable living room furnished in a rustic style, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to four people. The cottage, also suitable for children, is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, cot and high chair. The large outdoor area of 6,000 m² is immersed in the Bidderosa park, a protected oasis. There is a covered and an uncovered terrace, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing moments, with a wonderful view of the lake and the sea. The nearest supermarket is five minutes away by car and restaurants are easily accessible. The sandy beach of Cala Ginepro is 300 metres away, while the beaches of Bidderosa can be reached via a private internal path, on foot or by canoe. The property offers parking spaces. Pets are allowed (available for an extra fee).
