Stunning Villa Sabbia D'Oro with Wi-Fi, Terrace & Pool

Located in Domus de Maria in a small, recently built residence, the Villa Sabbia D'Oro impresses guests with its beautiful surroundings, wonderful view of the ancient megalithic structure, the Nuraghe, as well as its impressive outdoor arel. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms. The property consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. There is a double sofa bed in the basement living room for 2 extra guests upon request. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a satellite television. Furthermore, the villa boasts an excellent outdoor area with 2 private terraces, a barbecue, a shared pool (open from June - September) as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the furnished, covered terrace while overlooking the Nuraghe. End the day with a glass of full-bodied wine and delicious barbecued meal with the family. A selection of restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away (500 m). The beautiful beach Su Portu, located just a few hundred metres northeast of Chia Beach, is just a 5-minute drive away (2 km). This stunning half-moon shaped beach is surrounded by cliffs and boasts excellent views of the local sights. For example, the Tower of Chia and the island Isola Su Cardolinu. Here you can also sunbathe on the soft sand and swim in the deep blue water. Cagliari airport is also a 53-minute drive away (55.3 km). The outstanding beaches of Su Giudeu and Tuerredda are only 5 km and 8 km away respectively.



Please note that the pool is shared with 20 other flats, and in recent years we have experienced periods of inaccessibility. However, it is not essential for guests as they go to the beautiful beaches which are nearby and within easy reach.



Guests are urged to separate waste and dispose of it correctly according to the instructions.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Please note that although there are no views from the windows in the basement, natural light and fresh air flow in and create a cosy atmosphere.

The shared pool belongs to the Oasi Marina residence and is available to guests of Villa Sabbia D'Oro from June - September.

The deposit will be managed through the portal Vikey and will be returned by bank transfer.
