Sueños En Los Saguaros is a modern architectural retreat set high on a private ridge within a saguaro cactus forest in the Tucson Mountains. Spanning more than 3,500 square feet across three secluded acres, the home is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass that brings panoramic desert views, dramatic light, and five distant mountain ranges directly into the living spaces. Expansive terraces support seamless indoor-outdoor living with a pool, heated spa, and gas fire pit. Despite its privacy, the property is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from groceries and essentials, 25 minutes from Downtown Tucson, and 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport.
Quiet and intentionally designed, the home is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful, long-stay desert experience. Its generous scale and thoughtful layout allow couples to share the home comfortably, with distinct living areas and separation that support privacy, quiet, and individual routines. Architecturally refined yet highly livable, the residence is particularly well suited for extended stays.
BEDROOMS WITH ENSUITES
Primary suite. Occupying the entire second floor, this fully private retreat features a king bed with quality hotel linens, a separate sitting area with Sonos surround sound television, and a private balcony capturing sunrise and sunset alpenglow views.
Primary spa bath. A luxurious oversized space with dual vanities, expansive closets, and a walk-in shower with dual rain heads. From the bath, there is walk-out access to the outdoor spa and heated shower. The primary spa bath also includes a Peloton Bike+ and an oversized workout mat, fully integrated without compromising the calm of the space. Note that the shower is fully open to the surrounding landscape with no privacy screening.
Guest suite. Located on the first floor, the guest suite features a king bed with quality hotel bedding, a private ensuite bath with walk-in shower, a large closet, and a private patio overlooking the orchard. The suite includes a sit-to-stand desk and convenient access to the outdoor shower by the pool.
Thoughtful details throughout both suites include bedside MagSafe chargers, sound machines, HEPA air purifiers, remote-controlled ceiling fans, ample wooden hangers, and premium bath products.
DUAL KITCHENS
Designed for serious home chefs and seamless entertaining, the residence features a refined two-part kitchen layout. Both kitchens are fully equipped with high-quality cookware, bakeware, tools, dishware, and glassware. A coffee maker, bean grinder, and hot water kettle are provided, along with complimentary coffee beans and tea to start your stay.
Prep kitchen. Equipped with a Gaggenau full-size refrigerator and freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and Miele dishwasher. Includes a full-size Gaggenau dual-temperature wine refrigerator.
Entertaining kitchen. Features an eleven-foot island with beverage sink and reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water, Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers for beverages, a second Miele dishwasher, and Gaggenau gas cooking.
OUTDOOR LIVING
More than 2,000 square feet of private patios are arranged into multiple outdoor living spaces, including a spa, a swimming pool, and a gas lava-rock fire pit. The spa is heated year-round and activated upon request to support mindful energy use and environmental stewardship. There is no additional charge for spa heating. Pool heating is not currently available. Shade is provided by a covered cabana, breezeway lounge, poolside built-in umbrella, and a mobile umbrella serving both living and dining areas. Two heated outdoor showers are located at the pool and spa. There is no grill.
PRODUCTIVITY AND WELLNESS
✓ Media room and workspace. Physically separate from the main house to support focused work or immersive entertainment. Includes a sit-to-stand desk, Aeron chair, and Sonos surround sound. A sit-to-stand desk is also in the guest suite.
✓ Exercise. Peloton Bike+ and oversized workout mat located in the primary spa bath. The Bike+ features a swivel screen for spin, yoga, strength training, and other Peloton content. Guests should bring their own cycling cleats compatible with Look Delta.

• Agreement. A rental agreement with identity verification will be provided after booking and must be reviewed and signed within 48 hours of receipt. If not signed within that period, the reservation will be canceled with a full refund.
• Primary spa bath shower. The primary ensuite includes a floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower with open views to the surrounding desert and no privacy screening. This is an intentional architectural feature.
• Safety. The pool and spa are unsupervised. The property includes uneven desert terrain and natural elevation changes. Guests assume all risk and are responsible for supervising all occupants at all times.
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property, including fireplaces, grills, candles, incense, and the exterior linear fire feature. The north-side lava rock fire feature is the only permitted exception and must be used as instructed.
• Pool and spa. Pool heating is not available. The spa is heated year-round and activated upon request. No glass is permitted in the pool or spa areas.
• Pets. Pets are not permitted to protect the home and due to the surrounding desert environment and wildlife, except where required by law.
• Environment. The home is located in a natural Sonoran Desert setting where wildlife may be present, including birds, bobcats, coyotes, deer, javelina, mountain lions, roadrunners, scorpions, and snakes.
• Mid-stay refresh. For stays of 14 nights or longer, a complimentary weekly refresh is provided, including fresh linens, restocking of essentials, and a light cleaning of kitchens and baths.
• Quiet hours. Exterior quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Security. One camera is installed near the garage and carport, focused solely on the driveway to monitor arrivals and departures. A second camera is integrated into the garage door opener and faces only from the opener toward the garage door. It is motion-activated and limited to garage activity. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the residence. Non-audio noise monitoring is used to help maintain quiet standards.
• Smart home. The home uses integrated systems to manage climate, pool and spa functions, water-leak detection, and entertainment for comfort and efficiency. Voice-listening features on speakers are disabled. Instructions are provided in the guidebook. Do not disable, reset, or modify smart home, security, pool, spa, or audio/visual systems.
